Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kakheti

Roman and Nino are wonderful hosts - very friendly, kind and very welcoming. A visit to their wine room (marani) was very interesting, and Nino's breakfasts were wonderful. Jeni the dog is also super friendly and wonderful. The town stands out as it is tourist-oriented and looks better than some other towns along the way from Tbilisi. Alazani valley offers great views and quite a few tourist attractions. Signagi is located on a hill, so the price for great views is a winding road to get to the valley, which is OK but requires some concentration (which is generally needed when driving around). In general it was an excellent stay, highly recommended.

Great stay. Sandro was very responsive and quite flexible with check in. The property is beautiful and welcoming with the only downside being the pool was not useable, however I’m assuming it is due to the time of year (September). Check in was a breeze and we really enjoyed our night in such a historical area. Thank you Sandro, we all hope to stay with you again!

Maka and her husband Vano were amazing hosts. They were responsive, helpful and friendly, and the house was really beautiful - there is an outdoor patio with a great view and friendly wild cat who sometimes visits. My partner and I had a lovely two-day stay at the guest house. Maka and Vano also offer a reasonably priced taxi service between Tbilisi and Sighnaghi!

Great apartment with nice view on mountains!

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

Giga is always responsive and friendly. Thanks for accepting my last minute booking and being so helpful. She is also very funny, we had a good chat. 😁

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The space was comfortable and well-kept, and we especially loved spending time in the lovely garden. Our host was attentive and responsive to anything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights at Nini's and were surprised by the welcoming and cordial reception of Nini's grandmother. She brought us all the dinnerware that we asked for and much more, including some homemade wine and jams. We loved the view from the terrace and the whole town. We definitely recommend Nini's hotel and are very grateful to her granny!

Good place, nice host ! It's not exactly in the main house but was a very nice private apartment just in front. Amazing breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay. True Georgian hospitality. Giorgio was able to help us with accommodation at last minute. The apartment is very clean and neat. We ordered breakfast which was the best we had in Georgia. Giorgio's mom is very friendly. Thank you for the chocolate, pancakes, house wine and all the fruits. It was a wonderful experience.

Located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. Perfect for 6 people. Responsive and welcoming host.

Sopho’s place was very nice. Although he wasn’t around at the time, he helped us to locate the apartment when the address wasn’t initially showing correctly on our end. Don’t trust Google/Apple Maps to find the location, just keep going down the main street, and you’ll find it The actual apartment was very comfortable and clean, and a good value.

Hosts was friendly, caring. Host provided us home made wine & extensive breakfast spread for our family, recommend!

Aleksi's place is great. He is an awesome host, with loads of useful information. He is always available to help you with anything you need. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself comfortable. The wifi is fast, it's quite, and you are a couple of minutes walk from the center of town. It's a great location for exploring the wine region. We would definitely recommend Aleksi and his apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay in this complex. Host Tina was very friendly, the apartment is very clean and cozy. There is a restaurant nearby where you can have breakfast. And the most important thing is the view of the mountains 😍 Highly recommend to visit 🙌

We absolutely loved the flat – the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was the first time in our lives that everything — shops, services, and amenities — was so conveniently close to where we stayed. Tamara is a wonderful host who truly cares about her guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Telavi!
