In a 10 minute ride from Kapan city center, this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Armenian nature. The house is located in a picturesque mountainous place and has an amazing view of the mount Khustup right from the rooms and balcony. You can enjoy organic food during your stay and, if interested, visit a farm located very close. Ancient castles, as Halidzor; monasteries, as Vahana Vanq; and natural reserves, as Shikahogh, are among the most interesting places to visit and explore here.

The location is unbeatable, as it is a 5-minute drive to the Wings of Tatev Funicular. We specifically chose this location for the house because we know the area well. The location of the accommodation was very convenient, accessible to many things we would like to see. The house is spacious, designed for 4 people, there is everything you need. This is one of the best Airbnb ever. We will definitely return to this apartment again. This is a sailing place to relax, clean air, and a pleasant environment. Everything is comfortable, clean and cozy and warm, you feel like home. We recommand your space for future guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The food was amazing. Delicious dinners and breakfasts. Some of the best food we’ve had during our time in Armenia. The location couldn’t be better. Central to the various sights in the area. 2 minute drive to the Watchtower. 4 minute drive to Satans Bridge, 8 minute drive to the Wings of Tatev tramway, and the view.... simply breathtaking. Sweetest hosts offered us warm milk, homemade yogurt, and apples fresh from the tree when our toddler was grumpy. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Thank you!
