Fantastic peaceful place, with a baby cot so suitable for newborns and family too. Has nice BBQ equipment. Come here to get a break and some fresh air. One of the best villas in Khao Yai! You can hear the elephants nearby. Jess is quite responsive and helpful.

Staying at Nancy’s countryside place was an amazing experience! The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and soak in the natural beauty. Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

The house is so lovely with spacious common area surrounded by nature. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped! The host welcomed us warmly with food and everything. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to enjoy kayaking as the rain was quite heavy during the stay but everything else was more than perfect! This is such a lovely place to enjoy your peacful time with love ones. Would love to go back again!

It was a great stay

Chantal is een goede host die echt zijn best doet voor zijn gasten. We kregen heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend op het afgesproken uur. De locatie is perfect om het natuurpark te bezoeken. Dat is echt een aanrader. In het dorpje vind je lekkere restaurants, winkels en een wassalon. Bij chanatat zelf kan je verfrissen in het zwembad. De airco in de slaapkamer werkt geweldig.

private accommodation with a shared pool. nice views from the roof top. well equipped kitchen. this accommodation is 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7-Elevens, at the center of this area. the Italian restaurant at the front of the property is very convenient, and delicious food.

Wonderful private location in Khoa yai country club. Near golf coarse. House needs some minor repairs. Overall i liked it very much - second trip here fir month each . Tell us about the player piano?

Place is set in a very beautiful and quiet area. 5 to 15 minutes to very nice Cafes. Place is extremely well stocked especially the kitchen. Bedding and towels are top notch. Pool was very well maintained during our stay. The grounds are huge and kept very clean.Sarah was quick to respond.

Had such a great stay at Preeyaphat’s place! It has this awesome country-style vibe that totally gave me Red Dead Redemption feels. Super cozy and relaxing, with just the right mix of rustic and comfy. Preeyaphat is an incredible host—very responsive and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a cozy, Western-inspired atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfortable with high-quality linen bedding, and the WiFi was fast—which we really appreciated. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. Every morning, the host prepared a delicious breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property itself is beautiful—surrounded by lush floral gardens full of butterflies. You can really tell they pay great attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the overall design of the space. Everything felt chic, clean, and well cared for. The host was incredibly kind and helpful—truly one of the best we’ve ever met. The location is also great: not far from Khao Yai National Park and with some really good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. We’d love to come back again!

Good host, a good retreat from central Khao Yai. We were with the children and they loved the pool. Recommend host to be a bit more flexible on the fees like other hosts. But they are very nice, polite and also provided us with ice and water everyday. Recommended place to stay.

The house is clean and comfy. The utensils of the kitchen are complete, we love the kitchen. The host is also very nice and friendly. I would come back to this homestay again if I am visiting Khao Yai in the future.

The convenience of using a golf cart to get to the nearby 7-11 was a bonus, especially since we didn’t have our own transportation. They also generously let us borrow their motorbike to explore the town, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and peaceful retreat.
