The location is good, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. There were helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. Communication with the host was clear and always responsive. We didn’t cook much during our stay, but the apartment was equipped with everything needed for cooking. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

My family and I (4 people total) stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. Hasan was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. The neighborhood is walkable and not in a steep area, unlike some parts of Istanbul. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the ferry and other public transportation options were just a short walk away. One thing to note: there is only one bathroom, and it's located inside the bedroom. For groups larger than two, that may affect privacy depending on the sleeping setup. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Walkable to restaurants, bars, supermarket, the mall, etc. Easy to access public transportation. A “home away from home” is a great description.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

Apartment located in the heart of shopping area. Surprisingly, the area is quite private and quiet. Orhun assisted us on what transport to take from the airport and greet us at the apartment. Very responsive to all our queries. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with aircon and heater, microwave, oven, kettle and cooker hob, also washer and dryer. Bedroom is very spacious. Overall, it was pleasant and comfortable stay, lots of local restaurant and cafe around the apartment, 2 mins walk. Local shopping area is located just a street from the apartment. The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Alper is a great host. The house is in a prime location. It is a cute and tiny house.

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

Our family had a truly wonderful time at this accommodation. All of us agreed — when we come back to Istanbul, we’d love to stay here again! At first, we couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door, but the host kindly guided us through a video call right away, and the issue was resolved immediately. And what can we say about the incredible terrace…! Listening to the cries of seagulls while watching the sun set behind the Topkapi Palace and mosques across the Bosphorus, or enjoying fresh fruit in the morning from the local market — just spending time on that terrace alone made us feel the joy of being in Istanbul. The location is in a lively part of town with lots of bars, and at night we could hear wonderful music from what we assume was a nearby music bar. Since we love music, we enjoyed that aspect too. (Though it might not be ideal for those who need total silence to sleep!) It’s close to the port, with easy access to the historic old city, and there are many delicious restaurants

Overall great experience. It is extremely quiet in bedroom . There isnt mosque nearby so you can't hear the call to prayer which can disturb the sleep of some travellers.There is literally a shop that works till 1 am 20 meters from apartment. One of the most lively nightlife streets is 5 min walk . Pier is 15 min walk which is really good you can access historic penisula and Besiktas with 30 min commute by boat.Bigger supermarket is on 3 min walk . There are 2 seaside parks within 5-10 min reach . The living room is little bit more on noisy side because the apartment is located on underground level and window is on pavement level. With open window you can hear alot from outside although street is not a busy one. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and fridge is working really good. Thanks for hosting us I would recommend it for someone who want to have more laid back approach to Istanbul as Kadikoy(Moda) is not that busy during daytime and nightlife is awesome.

Güzel deniz manzarasına sahip çatı katında bi daire. Çevresinde bir çok olanak sunan bir konumda ve nerdeyse her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Balkon geniş ve ferhatı oturup manzaranın keyfini çıkarabilir ve etrafı seyredebilirsiniz. Daire yönelik tek olumsuz yanı duş başlığının kırık olması ve sıcak suyun ara ara kesilmesi diyebilirim. Bunun dışına her şey güzeldi. Tercih edilebilir.

Leuke Airbnb, in een heel leuk stukje van beyoglu! Dicht bij het uitgaans gebied maar geen overlast van. Ook op loopafstand van galata en Sultanahmet. Het appartement is leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een keer lekker in de jacuzzi geweest na een drukke dag in de stad. Het rook een beetje vochtig bij binnenkomst maar daarna geen last meer van gehad. Zou hier zeker nog eens terug komen!

Two bedroom/two full bath apartment in the middle of the action - 7 min walk to the grand bazaar. The owner's uncle meets you to let you in and is very responsive if you need anything. The area is quite busy and full of traffic, but that is Istanbul. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is a little small but it dose the trick. Not luxury but very comfortable and very clean.

I was lucky enough to book this space on my trip to Istanbul & it was the highlight of my trip. The location is amazing with easy access to all the key areas. The host, Meriman, is the best. She has a rooftop with amazing views that stocked with Turkish coffee & great seating. Meriman was also nice enough to give us a ton of great guidance! I would highly recommend staying here!!!

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

Enjoyed the stay! Great location/neighborhood, quiet at night so got a restful sleep. Communicative and helpful hosts, especially with our check in and check out process. Only recommendation would be more towels, like a hand towel for the bathroom, a 2nd towel to swap out for the ground, and two towels per guest. Especially for the ladies with long hair. :)
