Lim's place was wonderful! Definitely coming back. It's walkable to Legoland (which eases everything), only downside is the parking. It's a carrousel up! ai loved their pillows that I asked for the brand to purchase it myself!

things I loved about the Airbnb- location: r&f is walkable from CIQ. for this particular block,just need to take lift to 8A and cross the bridge to go where the main r&f mall is to buy stuff. view: unblocked sea view is really a bonus! clean: the place is really clean, they also put in effort to make the place and the stuff smell nice. like the towels, pillow cases, they all have a light fragrance. projector: they have a projector on top of a TV. really nice to just lie on the bed/sofa and netflix.

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

We appreciated the small details of the place: passcode access to both the mailbox and our apartment, which was more convenient than keys, and the two bottles of water provided. The host was also very accommodating with additional requests, such as adjusting check-in and check-out times.

Host was very friendly & responsive. House is clean and as per what we see from photos. Location is a plus & overall is good!

We spent two and a half weeks here and really enjoyed it. You're on top of the R&F Mall, which has an assortment of restaurants, grocery shopping, and other services. It has two nice pools and workout facilities. It's a pretty easy walk to get to Old Town, JB Sentral, City Square, and Komtar, although I wouldn't do it with luggage and you'll need to figure out the secret walkways for best convenience and comfort. The room was very nice and well appointed. We were on the 8th floor overlooking the larger pool.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

Staying at Goodlife Homestay was an absolute pleasure! The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. 💯 recommended!

Catie is an amazing host, very friendly, and fast responses to anything one needs. The place was very well taken care of and provided everything one needs, I highly recommend it!

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

Convenient location, just across from Komtar JBCC and walking distance to lots of good food. Check-in/Check-out instructions were clear and the host was quick with replies. Apartment is clean and cosy, free of clutter and has everything you need. Would recommend!

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

Uncle Paul is a magnificent host with great amenities in his apartment. Easiest check in by far compared to the traditional mailbox collection style. Area is nice and chilly and i will defo come bk here!

Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.

Clean and spacious place. Right besides R&F mall and everything you need is provided. Only gripe is that there were quite a few small ants on the dining table and the bunk bed was squeaky. The sheets were washed and clean thankfully. Other than that everything was good and described accurately.

Our family of 5 with an 18yo son and twin 16yo daughters loved the 3bedroom apartment . Close to Fort Canning MRT and the parks , essentially on the Singapore River to walk both ways and into Chinatown , little India , CBD and down to the Merlion on the front . Close access to restaurants and very close to Clarke Quay and the Chinatown hawker locations When we had a couple of small issues like not being able to work the induction stove it was resolved within minutes with a quick phone call to reception so we had brilliant service Would recommend to anyone

Great location, clean and high security

Condo is very well secured, feels really safe. There are many eateries, restaurants, mini marts nearby within walking distance, very convenient! Apartment is also very clean and spacious. Instructions to check in/out is well understood as well. Host is very responsive and accommodating as well. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!☺️
