Staying at the Moulin de Bord is like going back in time, where the water once sang under stone wheels. Wedding weekend at the Château de Brie (if you are sightseeing in the area, this beautiful estate is worth visiting) we enjoyed our few hours of rest in Jeannette's very peaceful little house. We couldn't meet but we had very good exchanges with Jeannette to prepare for our arrival.

beautiful spacious house with all the comforts. 3 bathrooms. Small but nice garden with a nice gas BBQ. on Thursdays, the town lives up with the market at 100 meters from the door. Had a nice holiday.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Friends, some people have good experiences through airbnb, and some have out of this world incredible. Ours was insanely magical and out of this world!! We’ve never stayed at an airbnb quite like this! Laurence’s airbnb is situated in the countryside. It was clean, looked just like the pictures, served us breakfast in the garden each day with homemade jellies, and scrambled eggs + fresh coffee. She helped with instructions and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Additionally, we had our own in-ground pool to soak up the 90 degree sun in. The only issue we had was ‘mapping’ the location through vehicle gps (which was entirely not her fault). The setting was so idyllic that I only hope we can return one day. Lastly, we got to meet and bond with her 3-month old puppy Leah. She has my heart. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much Laurence

The charm of this house, the village and the surroundings and a pleasure, the calm of beautiful landscapes to rest. if you like the countryside, the calm and the beautiful landscapes, you will have plenty to enjoy. A perfect accommodation located in the old town to take beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available to his guests Thank you again for the little gift for us and also for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped for a perfect stay, we also enjoyed the garden. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation and we will return without hesitation.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

The accommodation is very nice, well-equipped, a real little cocoon in a very beautiful environment. I had the pleasure of seeing Marylène, she is a very friendly and pleasant host. I can only recommend!!!

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

I came to Catherine's flat last year and returned for a night this year. It is a very attractive flat with very useful amenities. It is very well located for Limoges train station. Last year I came to Limoges airport and the taxi to the apartment was not too expensive. This year came by train and it is a pleasant walk to the flat. Catherine communicates very well.

Our stay in Eric’s house was perfect. Stepping out into the heart of the old town was a wonderful experience every time. The location could not be more central to restaurants shops and bars. We will certainly stay again.

Herve gave me a very warm welcome and was extremely kind, helpful and flexible. He explained everything I needed to know about the place clearly. It was very clean and bright. The location is fantastic, being very close to the centre of the town and also provides easy access to buses. I would happily stay at Herve's place again.

If you are looking for a quiet but spacious property with sense of freedom this property is perfect. Its large living space offers separation even if travelling in larger groups. It is very secluded so own transport is a must. That said, a short drive into Sarlat is a must. A huge selection of restaurants, bars and local markets and the most picturesque town I think I have ever seen.

Very clean, very functional accommodation that fully matches the description given. Comfortable accommodation decorated with sobriety and taste. Very pleasant terrace given the excellent weather we enjoyed. Well-equipped with kitchen utensils. ; Cellar available, very convenient for us who had mountain bikes.

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept, tree-lined park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well-kept. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 min from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

This is a beautiful house. The photos don’t do it justice. The surrounding countryside is peaceful and quiet. The house has pretty much everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Val was a kind and attentive host who responded to our messages quickly and was helpful with recommendations for bakeries, patisseries, restaurants and days out. Sadly the weather meant that the pool was a bit too cold to use but we used the plentiful seating in the pool area a lot and were able to eat out on the terrace in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful home and we may well be back another year.

Great place to stay - lots of garden around the house to relax in and fabulous pool. Beautiful surroundings and good base for exploring the Dordogne. Tim and Nathalie were great hosts and we enjoyed the buffet on our arrival and the pizzas later in the week.

We had a perfect weekend. The garden, the pool and the view are simply magnificent. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and there is a shopping center nearby, which is very convenient. Only small downside: you have to have a little luck with the weather, as it is a bit high haha. In any case, everything was perfect, and the host is very responsive, which really makes the stay easier. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.
