Holiday rentals with a patio in Josefov, Prague 1

I had a fantastic stay at Umer’s property in Prague From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described if not better. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The location was excellent quiet, yet conveniently close to public transport, shops, and some great local spots. It made exploring Prague incredibly easy and enjoyable. Umer was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with local tips and recommendations. Overall, I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Prague. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay overall! The space was super clean and only a 10-12 mins walk to the centre, which made it very convenient. Its in a nice area with a park around the corner. The room was spacious and had a small but nice balcony. The kitchen had a few dishes, some cutlery and couple pans. We didn't cook much, so was fine for us. Suggestions: a few very basic things like salt, pepper, sugar in the kitchen would be great; some laundry detergent for wash would be super helpful (so guests don't have to go looking or buy a massive pack for one or two loads) and a drying rack would be convenient.

The apartment we rented was perfect for our stay in Prague. The electronic key system works well for getting in when you arrive. There is a electronic system for gaining access to the apartment for the first time which was easy to use and eliminated the need to arrange a time to meet the owner on arrival which we found convenient and easy to understand. It was also helpful when we checked out and realized one bag had been left in the room with the keys! We were able to regain entry and grab the bag and go. The apartment is also located close to the metro station, restaurants, some sites and is in a comfortable area for walking. I would definitely rent this apartment again if we were visiting Prague.

Perfect base for our break. Fantastic views over the city, especially of the castle, loads of space for us all & so quick & easy to get into town from. We had a really lovely few days.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague! The apartment was in the perfect location. It was located near transit and it was walkable. The Pub and Grill around the corner had great food and drink and very affordable and fun atmosphere. Would definitely stay again! Jana was great to answer questions in a timely manner!

The apartment is very practical, clean and tidy and very cuqui Andrea was very helpful in everything, she was quick to answer our questions And it is just 30 minutes from downtown, taking the tram that is the stop 2 min from the parking lot The best way to travel and not miss anything in the city Prague is lovely, breathtaking.

Great apartment, good location

The stay was peaceful. Instructions were given, even recommendations. It’s in great location. I can imagine in hot summer it could get a little bit warm, but other than that- superb. Thank you.

The house is great, just some space in wardrobes would have been great. Jan was always kind and quick to respond. All in all we had a good stay.

We had an amazing time an Janas Airbnb! It was super calm and the terrace was amazing for our breakfasts. The rooms were super clean and everything was well equipped. It's also super easy to get to the Prague city from there. We drove to Cerny Most parked the car for 50CZK for a full day and then took the metro for 30 minutes to the city. Very convenient for the price. All in all an amazing experience! Jana is responsive and helpful. Big reccomendation to stay here if you want a calm and relaxing stay around Prague.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of a metro and bus stop. A Billa branch as well as several restaurants are also close by. The apartment is modernly furnished, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. It offers numerous opportunities to relax – whether in the armchair, on the sofa or outside on the terrace. On the terrace, a Hollywood swing, barbecue, and atmospheric lighting invite you to linger. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kornelie even left us a vase with fresh tulips – a nice gesture that made the already inviting stay even better. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped – very good for cooking. The highlight for our older kids after a long day in town was the huge TV with lots of streaming opportunities. Kornelie is extremely friendly, and helpful.

Beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Easy checking in and out.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

The accommodation was great, everything beautifully clean with a nicely equipped kitchen. The location is also great. Lucie was very friendly and helpful and even recommended great places in the area for morning coffee. We can only recommend:)

The host communicated with us quickly, the instructions for the place are accurate. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you can park easily. The advantage of the neighborhood is the shopping center, cafes, a lot of restaurants and also very good accessibility to public transport (tram and metro). As for the environment of the apartment itself, we were slightly disappointed, especially when we arrived at the apartment. There was a strange smell. It would probably be necessary to clean the sofa, which has stains and the pillows that are on it, once in a while, given the frequency of use of the apartment and other guests. It was a very strong smell. It's probably not the host's fault, as they have a hired cleaning company, which obviously doesn't matter. It would be good for future guests to give the cleaning company more care even with the cleanliness of this type of equipment. The cleanest room was the bathroom. In the bedroom, we were struck by the lack of drawers by the bed. The drawer by the door could not be used. The TV didn't work. The other amenities in the apartment were fine.

Lovely apartment. Huge kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. However, a coffee maker and toaster were not provided. Large terrace. Car can be parked in the yard. Walking distance to Wenceslas Square a good 2 km. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Everything was easy from the beginning. Nitesh was very quick to respond and sent very easy directions for how to check in and check out. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. It was very centrally located to all the fantastic sights in Prague.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is located just a short walk from the Astronomical Clock – everything in the city center is within 10–15 minutes on foot. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for two. The host was very friendly and helpful, communication was easy and smooth. ☺️ Just one thing to keep in mind – the bathroom is very small just like in photos and the shower faucet leaks a bit. But overall, a great stay in a fantastic location!

Loved our stay at Michael’s apartment in Prague. It is centrally located, very convenient to the old town. We were especially happy to have a lift in the building! The apartment was beautifully appointed, and the roof terrace had amazing views. Michael was very informative and replied to our questions promptly. We would happily recommend Michael’s apartment to future visitors.

The apartment is really beautiful, with absolutely everything you need and also designed with very good taste and comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the necessary shops, very close to the train station and within walking distance of downtown Prague, highly recommended!
