Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Umgebung war sehr Ruhig. Leider ist der Weg nach Prag sehr weit mit Öffis sodass wir froh waren mit Auto angereist zu seien. ( In Prag Innenstadt gibt es nur Parkhäuser wo man sein Auto abstellen kann 70 Kronen die Stunde.) Ansonsten konnte man gut übernachten es war ruhig und eine entspannte Gegend.

Wir haben ein tolles Familienwochenende in der Wassermühle verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist perfekt um die umliegenden Schlösser und Parks zu erkunden. Auch Prag ist mit dem Zug in Kürze erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Relatively central location, very nice hosts. It served my purposes as a place to sleep very well. A minor note- the balcony is small and was a bit cluttered for my stay. Balconies in this building are located inside the building's internal shaft, which is relatively narrow and very quiet.

Fantastic location, wonderful facilities. Comfortable beds. Blissful sauna loved the 90's quiz game provided!

The apartment is spacious with separate bedroom and balcony access from both rooms which we really enjoyed. The collection of old TV's and electronics was quite eclectic and interesting as seen in the photos, it was a nice decorative touch. The clothes washer and dryer were also great amenities and even included the detergent. You can walk to most local destinations but trams are a short walk around the corner if traveling longer distances, but don't forget to validate your ticket as soon as you get on the tram. The host was very welcoming and accommodating, I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Ich habe Michaelas Apartment zum zweiten Mal besucht, da es einfach herrlich ist einfach auf der Tereasse im Pool zu liegen! Ich werde sicherlich noch einmam kommen :)

In a few words , our first time to Prague and this place was an excellent choice.The location was great it was walkable to a lot of the tourist areas but also to the local scene as well. Jana was a great host very responsive. My wife and I felt very safe ,I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Prague .

apartment is located near old town, 3 minutes to charles bridge and 7 minutes to metro station. you can find everything you need just by walking 5 min. apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. while our 3 night stay me and my wife really enjoyed apartment and recommend anybody who really wants to explore prag with ease.

This place is perfect for a several-month stay. It had everything I needed, was clean and spacious, and had a perfect location in the city center. Jakub is also responsive and friendly.

Perfect location! Just steps from the square but quiet and peaceful. The perfect place when needing just a place to sleep after a long day of exploring. I will definitely book again for the next time I visit!!

A wonderful part of Prague, quiet and with plenty of things to see and do but away from the busy tourist areas. However, the connectivity to everywhere in the city is brilliant - trams, buses and metro within 2 minutes walk at the very most. The communication was brilliant from the host and the modest apartment was great as a base to explore. No formal shared space and no TV/music system, but some seating around a breakfast bar in the kitchen and good WiFi.

I would say Josef's apartment is a perfect place to stay in Prague. It is right in the old town centre and you can probably walk to all tourists spots and it is just a few minutes walk if you need to access to metro or tram. The apartment itself is big and clean. It has all the amenities list. Josef is very responsive and friendly. He answered our questions quickly and offered help when needed. His colleague was very helpful as well. He also offers free luggage storage after we checked out. One downside is there is no lift in the building and you need to climb up to the second floor with your luggage. It's better to state it in the description. Moreover, it was a bit noisy when other guests walk up the wooden stairs. I would definitely recommend Josef's place to everyone who is visiting prague and will come back again.

O diferencial de David é que ele respondia muito rápido. Passou as orientações pra uso da máquina de lavar, aquecimento do apartamento e de dicas nas proximidades ( farmácias, mercados e pontos turísticos). A localização do apartamento é um grande diferencial, fica a poucos minutos de caminhada da praça do relógio e estações de trem.

Ich war extrem zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Appartment ist ein kleines, einfaches und sehr sauberes!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Den Pool und die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch waren die Garage und die Stellplätze vorm Haus. Wir würden wiederkommen und können das Haus für eine größere Gruppe empfehlen.

Wir waren mit neun Personen für ein Familientreffen in diesem Haus nahe Prag und es war ideal! Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz – besonders der schöne Garten. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt, egal ob mit dem Auto oder dem Zug. Die Ausstattung war passend für unsere Gruppengröße, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf alle Nachrichten reagiert. Klare Empfehlung! Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke!

A beautiful cottage in the woods. Tomás was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It was really a relaxed existence in Matej and Domenika's house. An idyllic peace and at the same time a lively home where it is absolutely not noticeable if you have forgotten something at home, because nothing is missing and you have permission to feel at home and to use what the house has to offer. From the pantry, when a spice was missing, to a small but definitely nice sauna, to the sports field opposite, we were always completely happy. And if there was still a question or a special concern, Matej always responded promptly and helped. A very lovely family who was personally there to welcome us and say goodbye and provided us with tips, tricks, maps and everything we needed for a holiday in Dubiny/Velke Popovice. Thank you for everything and stay happy and healthy 😇

Moc děkujeme! ,velmi krásný prostorný a zároveň útulný apartmán plný zajímavých uměleckých předmětů. Kousek od nájezdu na dálnici. Hostitelky byla velmi milá a přátelská.

Place is equipped with everything you might need for a long stay! There are few grocery shops and gym around, so this place is ideal if you don’t need to commute to city centre everyday. Anyway you get to Prague center is around 20 minutes by car, so this is fine! Miloslav and Monika are very helpful, definitely recommend!
