Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken.

Our newly equipped holiday apartment is situated in the middle of nature, the lovely Schambachtal close to a Biergarten which serves you lovely regional food and wine. The apartment has a double boxspring bed and a comfortable convertable Couch. So two people and maximum 2 children or 3 adults can be hosted.The kitchen is fully equiped with Senseo coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, coffee pads, spices etc. Towels and bed linnen are included as well as fresh fruit and different beverages.

Cozy bright 2-room apartment with 48 m² of living space for 2 people in Karlsruhe on the ground floor in an apartment building. The apartment offers one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with open kitchen. The highlight is the terrace with a small garden facing south-west. Karlsruhe city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by bus (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m there are two large discount stores.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Tower room in the northwest city

We rent a separate room with private bathroom, kitchen and TV on the 3rd floor of our historic tower house. The house is located on a turning hammer and in less than five minutes you are at the tram stop “Feierabendweg” from where you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Karlsruhe. In good weather, you can see both the Black Forest and the Palatinate Forest from the room. The double bed built into the sofa can be converted into a living area,

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located place, within walking distance of 10 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn. The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.
