Holiday rentals with breakfast in Jimbaran Beach

This was our second stay at Villa Aysik and we felt right at home! Dharma and Nengah are always so accommodating and willing to help. They assisted us with booking scooters, laundry, tour driving and local recommendations. The pool is refreshing, the aircons in the bedrooms are efficient and fans outside help keep the mozzies away. We cannot wait to come back again 😊😊

We stayed as 2 couples in this beautiful villa in the heart of Seminyak (walking distance from Mexicola / Potato Head). The villa is beautiful, better than the photos, slightly off the road so peaceful and quiet, but easy to find and walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The hosts were great at communicating and organising anything we needed. The service from the staff on site was great, really friendly and nonintrusive. The pool is perfect for couples and families, and the lounge area near the pool is great for relaxing and playing games. We didn't see the third room, but the main rooms are identical and really spacious with great aircon which is a must in Bali! Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first couple nights in Bali travelling as a group. Would happily recommend to couple travelling together, or would be well suited for a family as well. Look forward to staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Seminyak, Bali. The property was exactly as described—clean and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer local tips. Budi, Ayu, Wayan and Wawan were always ready to help us. We especially loved the private pool and master bedrooms which made the whole experience feel luxurious. The location was perfect too—close to great restaurants, cafes, and beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali!

Had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. Each room had its own separate toilet and bathroom, all spotless and convenient. The swimming pool was great for relaxing. The host and co-hosts were amazing. They are responsive to every single request and arranged free cleanings twice during our stay. They also helped us arrange a beautiful floating breakfast with a private chef, which made the experience even more special. The location is perfect: just a short walk to a mini-mart, laundry services, and several beach clubs. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The staff serving us were amazing, always so helpful and with a smile on their face no matter the time of day. The place looked like the images however as the surrounding area are under construction, walking is a little difficult so would recommend renting a bike or booking a Grab. The spa service was amazing they did it in our room. 10/10 would recommend!

Gorgeous home, pretty birds flitting around, and kind people. The joglo was a serene space for us to unwind and the beds were super comfy. The house is a short drive into Seminyak, much further to Canggu (and the crazy traffic to get there). We rated our stay 5 stars because the property was, quite simply, exquisite. Our hot tip in the area is to dine at Barbacoa — incredible food and service.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Villa Kupu Kupu. From the time we arrived we felt right at home, and although so close to all the restaurants, shops and beach, the Villa was a quiet and private escape. The kids absolutely loved the two pools and cinema loft. Putu and Ariek were very friendly and accommodating hosts, preparing yummy breakfasts, always making sure we were well taken care of and providing recommendations for shopping, activities and organisation of drivers. They even went above and beyond to help us celebrate our son's birthday which absolutely made his day. The Villa is very well cleaned and cared for, and the inclusion of transfers, brekky and some laundry were great. We would highly recommend. Thank you Ray, Ariek and Putu!

Amazing stay here. I was a little bit worried at first because there is not many pictures of the place however it was amazing clean and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at this villa, and it was the perfect place for a honeymoon. The villa is ideal for couples, offering a romantic and private atmosphere. We absolutely loved the stunning sunset views and the private pool, it made our experience feel extra special. The Island of Villa Team was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. They regularly checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their recommendations for activities and local attractions were spot on and truly enhanced our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this villa for any couples looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super zentral gelegen. Durch die Seitenstraße war es nachts ruhig, allgemein war es ein super Aufenthalt :)

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Villa was very much the Bali vibe, nice and peaceful atmosphere yet it’s not too far from the Main Street of shopping food and more. The room is really nice with nice modern features and so many extra services with a good price, Arya was very helpful And front staff are super amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone hope to come back soon Thank you :)

I felt very comfortable at this apartment in Kuta. The location is central and perfect for exploring Kuta and the surroundings. The facilities are simple but more than sufficient – and everything is very clean. What really made the difference was the **wonderful staff** – so friendly and helpful. I truly feel at home here and can definitely recommend this place!

The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

Het verblijf in chimera orange was echt top! Na aangenaam verrast te zijn bij aankomst, hoe mooi en ruim het huis is! Het heeft een bepaalde sfeer die niet uit te leggen is, maar je echt zelf moet ervaren. Het ligt op Max 5 minuten lopen van het centrum met restaurants en winkels. Je kunt gebruik maken van de ontbijt service, welke elke dag gebracht wordt door super vriendelijk personeel, de tafel wordt gedekt, en alles na afloop opgeruimd en afgewassen. Niet is het personeel teveel, ze proberen met alles te helpen. Iedere keer, ookal ben je maar even weg, wordt het huis nagekeken en opgeruimd. De deuren worden in principe niet afgesloten, maar er is altijd iemand aanwezig die de toegangspoort in de gaten houdt, en Savonds dicht gaat. Ons verblijf was met 2 kinderen (5&8 jaar oud) en ook zij waren reuze enthousiast over hun aparte verblijf! (Het strand ligt ook op 5 minuten lopen) Hier komen we zeer zeker een keer terug!

This villa was truly like a second home to my mum and myself for a week. Perfect girls trip. Villa was gorgeous and we loved the greenery and serenity it gave us. Was very relaxing, peaceful and safe. Pool was amazing. All staff were beautiful, friendly and helpful. Had security which was lovely too. They all felt like family ❤️. Beautiful villa, amazing staff lead by Bu Made. Each and every staff made this place like home. Thank you Bu Made & semua staff, for your smile and attention to our family for 10 days. The property needed a renovation or deep cleaning due to it’s unique architecture. The villa is perfect if you need to stay away from buzzling tourists. There’s only a handfull restaurants near the villa, but Bu Made made delicious food. Thank you again

Wir haben uns 11 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Atit und Ketut war super. Sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. sehr schöner Pool. tolle Lage um zu shoppen und essen zu gehen.

Ich durfte mehrere Nächte als Gast diese wunderschöne Villa Viking genießen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die sehr freundliche Niluh und ihr super freundliches Personal bestätigen das Image Balis vom Lächeln und großer Herzlichkeit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.👍

Mein Mann und ich hatten das besondere Glück die Villa Meliya für 9 Tage buchen zu können. Schon die Bilder haben uns von einem erholsamen Aufenthalt träumen lassen. Tatsächlich war die Villa dann noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Schlafzimmer und das angrenzende Badezimmer waren sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich waren extrem gemütlich und alles wurde täglich sauber gehalten. Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr Wohlgefühl und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Esta, Gusti und die 2 Jungs für das leckere Frühstück und die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft.

Our stay at this lovely villa was nothing short of amazing. From the very first message, the host made communication incredibly easy, always quick to respond, friendly & genuinely eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. My parents & the children is so happy. The breakfast prepared by ibu Ayu is delicious, flavorful & thoughtfully prepared. We looked forward to it every day! It was clear that Nikki pays great attention to our request, ensuring every need was met & that we felt completely at ease. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable & welcoming experience.
