Instructions de check-in et check-out claires et centre-ville facilement accessible en transports en communs. L’hôte a répondu immédiatement lorsque nous avons eu un problème dû au nettoyage du logement avant le check-in (qui n’avait pas été fait suite à une mauvaise date communiquée à la personne s’occupant du ménage). Le ménage a effectivement pu être effectué dans l’heure suivante! Le logement était très confortable et contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus!

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

Christ & Co war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Das Appartement war hervorragend ausgestattet und sauber. Für uns war der private Stellplatz sehr wichtig und die Nähe zur Brüsseler Innenstadt. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt in Brüssel und in diesem Appartement empfehlen.

Roxanne was een geweldige host. Zéér vriendelijk & behulpzaam. De accomodatie, makkelijk te vinden, groot en in een rustige mooie buurt. Tegelijk ook dichtbij restaurants!

Comfortable and private house with good facilities and close to shops and restaurants. It was cool even on a hot day. Raouf was helpful and responded quickly.

Charming flat in a little old house, right next to a park and close to a stop on the Metro 6, which connects both to the Expo and Atomium, and to the city center. Neither the house nor the neighborhood are posh, but it was exactly what I was looking for, great value, everything in order. Had a simple but nice 1/4 de rosé for 6 € at the Houba Taverne up the street with the locals. The little dog really is happy to see you every time you come in, but is very friendly and well-behaved otherwise. Will return!

Je voudrais mettre en avant l’hospitalité et les qualités relationnelles de mon hôtesse, Rabia, très attentive à répondre au mieux à mes attentes pour m’assurer un séjour parfait. L’appartement est un cocon douillet, d’une propreté méticuleuse, équipé du nécessaire et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout y incite au calme et on rentre avec plaisir après ses activités, comme lorsqu’on rentre à la maison. Un petit chez soi tout à fait indépendant à Bruxelles, à deux pas de la place de la Bourse et de la Grand Place, que rêver de mieux ? Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The place was cozy. The city centre is not too far, moreover, public transport is close, so everything is easy to reach.

Superbe appartement dans un endroit paisible. Le tram pour aller dans centre de Bruxelles est même pas à 5min à pied. Si vous voulez visiter Bruxelles et c'est alentours je vous le recommande.

Excellent séjour chez Thomas. L’appartement est bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité, dans un quartier sympa, proche de la gare du midi à pied. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements. Il est cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale à la cour dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour. Enfin, Thomas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif qui nous est venu nous accueillir en personne. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et n’hésiterai à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
