The center of Maastricht is a few kilometers away. In the spring of 2026, a suspension bridge over the Albert Canal will be built 1 km away in Eben-Emael. E. bicycles for rent at Fietsen Souvereyns in Riemst. Many hiking and biking routes from Kanne and surroundings. And we have a lovely sun terrace where you can completely relax.

The Sint-Pietersberg is a hilltop plateau south of Maastricht. A unique region with picturesque villages, forts and castles and an exceptional nature. At the bottom of this oasis of peace, on a cozy little square, lies our house. The rural district of St. Pieter is perfect for a hike or bike ride in the greenery. Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood it buzzes with restaurants and eateries. Also you will find a neighborhood center with a supermarket etc.

This recently renovated studio with double bed (180x200) and sofa bed (140x190) is located 8 minutes' drive from the courtyard. The studio has a living room with its own kitchen and on the first floor a separate bedroom with double bed. The bathroom is separate and is located behind the living room, which has: a sink, shower with rain shower and a toilet. There is also a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishes. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.
