Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jefferson County

We enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. The location was great, and the cottage was so cute. Perfect for what we needed.

Mary accommodated us at the spur of a moment and even at a late time! We had no intentions of renting an Airbnb but there were no hotels to accommodate my family of six. Honestly, the best thing that could have happened was to not be accommodated by the hotels. I’d much rather have this experience anyhow. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and such a peaceful place outside of town but close enough to get to many places within five to ten minutes. Thank you, Mary! We appreciate you!

Fairly quiet neighborhood hop and a skip from a piggly wiggly for any groceries needed. Local top golf just 6min away from house. Bowling alleys in any direction 20min or less away.

The location was very quiet and secluded but so close to so many things. Having two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was great for my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Great little house, would love to stay longer. There is a fence in the backyard, the neighbors do have dogs so if you have aggressive or territorial dogs there is a patch in the fence that connects with the other dogs. Otherwise, really cute space- catering towards dogs which was great since we were on a week long road trip. Thanks again Adam

Clean, comfortable home with very well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was a nice amenity. The Avondale neighborhood had several interesting restaurants. I would stay here again.

Raquel was very attentive and promptly addressed my inquiries. I had problems with parking and the Latch App, which I was unfamiliar with, and Raquel provided clear explanations for everything. She ensured that I felt comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. The location was peaceful, tidy, and just a short walk from UAB. I also really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee; it was a significant bonus for me!

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and I will continue to come back as long as it is available. My favorite place to stay in Birmingham!

We made a last minute reservation and it was late evening, nevertheless Josh was responsive and informative. He provided clear check in and check out instructions on time. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The lake and park are very nice and peaceful. Everything was very clean. Lots of supplies were provided by the host. The back porch is nice to sit on and is private.

Great place to stay - steps from downtown. We were able to walk to pepper place which is always a bonus. Clean and for the area its located felt safe being up on the hill.

Carol’s place was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive and also accommodated late check in. There isn’t much around but it’s about a 15 minute easy walk to the convention center.

More than comfortable. My family loved it. We definitely enjoyed the house and all amenities. Host was more than hospitable and accommodating. Communication was precise. We would love to enjoy their home again in the future

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a really lovely two-night stay at this loft apartment in downtown Birmingham. The building is recently renovated and in a great central location, walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment is lovely, with big windows looking out over the train tracks (you see them but they don't bother you) and the city. The apartment is really well furnished and decorated, equipped with everything and with some personal touches and art. Parking was a little complex but I was always able to find a space nearby at low cost. Check in was very easy and the host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was extremely clean as well as quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
