The location is excellent, very quiet and without noise. The location is great and close to everything. I only missed the sofa in the living room, which was replaced by two armchairs. The staff at the place are very friendly and kind, it was really worth it.

Great stay and great host, quickly answered my questions. Check-in and check-out were very easy, the reception staff is very kind at any time of the day or night. Well-equipped, clean and functional apartment. The location is perfect, at the intersection of two of the city's largest avenues, where everything happens. The apartment is in a building where a hotel also operates. The location is great, with it's own free parking. The apartment has a classic 1930s style with a kitchen that meets basic needs. The air-conditioner is old and is cooling very well. Positive point for the balcony. Ideal for those who do not give up an external space.

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant bedding, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

While a few updates could help better match the price point, nothing took away from the quality of our stay. We'll be back for sure! Privileged location, a little corner of paradise on Earth! Impeccable bedding, extremely clean house (rooms, bathrooms, living room, common areas, balconies...) with a hyper complete and functional kitchen! The land of the house does not match the photos because it is larger than it seems. The whole place is extremely well maintained, with a pool, sauna, space for a fire, vegetable garden...everything working impeccably well. The yard, the barbecue area and the pool... deserved an award for their care and operation! Great rooms, a gigantic living room and a kitchen that is more than complete! For those who like it, there are also three super affectionate and docile dogs! They made the kids happy! (for those who don't like it, the housekeeper made it clear that the dogs could be locked up without the slightest problem.) It was an incredible holiday in one of the best destinations we've ever been to on Airbnb, with no reservations! Super recommended!

Great host! Cozy house close to nature

The house is really wonderful! Everything was as planned and disclosed. We have nothing but praise! Cleanliness and impeccable house maintenance. Secure and well located condominium. Renata promptly responded to me when I needed her, and Vanessa, without a doubt, is a differential. Helpful and great cook. We'll be back for sure!

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend staying at your house! Thanks so much for all the support!

The house is great, even better than in the photos - the only negative point was in relation to a problem we had in one of the bathrooms, soon we were attended by the owner who solved the problem (although it was a little problematic in the following days). Despite the small problem, I would definitely go back to this house, it is great, well-equipped, beautiful and for a great price, I highly recommend it!

The space is super comfortable and clean, the goal was to rest and it was ideal, quiet and no noise. The host responded promptly, extremely polite and proactive, our stay was great and we had no problems during the stay! I recommend it :)
