깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 3가정이 각자 방에서 자기에 좋았습니다!

사장님이 매우 친절하시고 문의사항에 대해 정확하고 신속히 응대해 주십니다. 주변이 매우 조용하여 여행의 분위기를 더 느낄 수 있었고 비가 왔지만 훌륭한 실내 바베큐 장소가 있어, 더 운치있는 시간 보냈습니다^^

Conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from seoul station exit 12 (with lift for your luggage), convenient store just around the corner. Vry quiet neighbourhood, we had a great rest. We stayed for 3 nights, able to wash n dry our cloth which is a added bonus. Highly recommended

일단 호스트님 굉장히 친절합니다. 응답도 빠르고 아이들 있어서 계곡에서 먼저 놀고있기를 원했는데 흔쾌히 조정해주셔서 체크인과정도 매우 원활했습니다. 물맑고 아이들 놀기 충분합니다. 송사리도 많아서 잡고놀기 재밌어요. 집기류들이 조금 낡긴했지만 친절한 호스트님과 강아지 두마리와 즐거운시간보냈습니다. 감사합니다.

Helpful and accommodating host. The apartment was exactly as advertised and if there is anything you need, just let them know and they will make it happen. Great hosts and amazing staff support to fix things or gives rides!

It was a comfortable stay—very convenient in many ways as well. Yoony was really responsive and hospitable. The house also looked its name, Art House. I’d stay here again! It’s a bit of a hike to get here from the bus station so those with knee problems should keep that into consideration. The alley in front is narrow so sometimes taxi drivers want you to walk where they are. That said, I’m in my 60s and did fine!

I stayed at Do’s place with two friends for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The flat is beautifully decorated and welcoming; we enjoyed the view from the terrace during sunset and the peaceful surroundings. Right next to the flat there’s a lovely breakfast place called Sunday Arvo where we went almost every day. The location is great, walking distance to the bustling Itaewon and Hannam area where Leeum museum and a lot of cute shops and cafes are. We used the bus or Uber to get to other areas of the city. Thanks again for the great stay!

Very clean, calm and cozy

3박4일 교육차 왔는데 모텔 장박보다 빨래등 가능하니 특히 땀많이나는 여름철에 옷많이 챙길필요가 없어서 좋네요~^^ 생각했던것보다 더 넓고 깔끔했습니다~! 잘 쉬었다 갑니다~^^

전체적으로 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어있어 편하게 잘 지냈어요~

We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is excellent, with easy access to both metro and bus stations, and there are tons of great restaurants just around the corner. The space itself has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could use attention. The outside staircase is missing a handrail on one side, which might be a safety concern for some guests. Inside, the ceiling could use a bit of cleaning, and we noticed some maintenance issues with the sink, shower, and bathroom as they were leaking. With a few repairs and a bit of upkeep, this place could be a fantastic spot.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Luyi’s apartment. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to both the 9 and 2 subway lines as well as the COEX mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. Both rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, including the sofas, were also very comfortable as well. Luyi was also a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. He checked in on us frequently and was always very fast to respond to any requests or questions we had. We also accidentally left a package behind and he graciously helped ship the package to us back in the States. We enthusiastically recommend Luyi’s place for anyone staying in Seoul and have already recommended it our friends.

We stayed with Mr. Dong for about 3 weeks with my sister and it was a great place to stay for the price. Even though it is a semi-basement, there is plenty of natural daylight which is a big advantage. Mr. Dong's place was very clean and has literally everything you need for everyday life. We stayed in December when it was quite cold outside. Mr. Dong's place was always warm as there are heated floors throughout the apartment which is great. We always felt comfortable there. Each bedroom has its own desk which made it a good place to work remotely. A small issue for us was the internet quality. Even though there were several Wi-Fi networks in the apartment, they did not always work as they should, but overall I would rate the internet quality as satisfactory. Mr. Dong's extremely caring attitude towards guests deserves special mention - he is always responsive and very easy to communicate with. Recommended stay for the price.

2박3일동안 너~~~~~무 잘있다가요 공기도 좋고 새소리도 너무좋고 진짜 힐링하우스에요! 고기 먹을때도 데크에 돗자리 깔아놓고 먹고 아침에 일어나서 잔디에 돗자리 깔고 하늘보고 누워있어도 좋고요 새 친구들도 많더라구요 계곡도 다녀왔는데 물도 깨끗하고 시원하고 좋았어요 올라오면서 뱀친구도 봄 다람쥐도 있어요 너무 귀여워 ㅜㅜ 2박3일이 너무 빠르게 지나간거같아요 아쉬웠음🥲 나중에 또 가려구요!

Es waren 2 Wochen mit einem faszinierenden Ausblick vom 22.Stockwerk zu jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit! Das ganze Apt. hervorragend ausgestattet: Möbel praktisch und gemütlich auf hohem Niveau, Technik, Bäder, Küche, Wäsche... alles einfach perfekt :) Tommy ein großartiger Gastgeber und wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen gern wieder! 천번의 키스 Mama Marita und Catrin

정말 너무 행복한 시간 보낼 수 있었습니다! 사진보다 실물이 더 예쁘고 개별 바베큐 공간도 너무 좋았어요! 양념도 다 있고, 아기자기하게 놀거리가 많아서 너무 행복했어요! 하나하나 섬세하게 신경 써놓으신 티가 많이 나는 곳입니다. 통나무집은 처음이었는데, 주기적으로 오고 싶을 만큼 정말 좋았습니다!

부모님과 강아지들과 가기 너무 좋은 숙소였습니다! 온돌방 체험도 신기했고 숙소앞 넓은 잔디밭과 건너편 계곡도 놀기 좋았습니다. 여름에 꼭 한번 또 방문하고 싶어요♥️

30대 남자 6명이 묵었습니다. 주변에 아무도 없어서 마음껏 떠들 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 1, 2층을 모두 사용하여 잠도 쾌적하게 잤네요. 호스트분께서 매우 친절히 안내해 주신덕에 체크인부터 불편한 점 없이 잘 사용하다 갑니다. 근처 백곡수상레저 즐기러 오신다면 매우매우 적극 추천드립니다. 차로 8분 거리라 가깝습니다~

사진보다 훨 좋아요^^ 커튼땜에 좀 오래된 펜션 생각하고 망설이다 공기가 너무 좋았다는 리뷰보고 갔는데, 생각보다 훨씬 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 이단 안방 벽지 얼룩달룩모양아니고 그냥 심플한 화이트고 침구도 보송보송 깨끗한 화이트^^ 욕실은 새로 레노베잇하셔서깨끗하고 예쁨. 주방도 깔끔하고 필요한건 다 갖추고 있고 이층에 2인용 침대랑 깨끗한 침구, 그리고 밖으로 나갈수있는 작은 발코니까지 있음. 일층 거실 큰창 열면 지붕있는 개별 발코니에서 빗소리들으면서 식사도할수있고 이번엔 이용못했지만 개별 발코니그릴도 있어요^^ 그리고 정말 깨끗하게 관리하신게 구석구석 먼지하나 없이 하물며 모기장, 창틀에도 먼지할톨없었다는... 그리고 가장 중요한거!! 공기가 정말 너무 좋아요. 공기가 달다는게 뭔지 첨 알았음. 산에 둘러싸여 차소리 1도안들리고.. 정말 조용하게 푹 쉬다왔네요. 또 가고 싶어요^^

우선 피드백도 빠르고 무척 친절하셨습니다! 방도 보통 펜션들은 2인-4인 (커플룸) 이면 좁아서 걱정했는데 남자3명, 여자1명 여행이었는데도 전혀 공간이 비좁지 않고 잘 공간도 충분했습니다. 계곡이 바로 앞인데 주변에 펜션이 가까운 것도 아니라 거의 계곡을 혼자 쓰는 기분이었어요 ㅎㅎ 그래서 강아지를 자유롭게 풀어놓을 수 있어서 좋더라구요. 아무도 없다보니까... 물도 깨끗하고 아무래도 주변이 계곡이다 보니 벌레는 많았지만 숙소 내에는 벌레가 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장도 넓고 깊었고 (물론 저희가 갔을 땐 추워서 못썼는데, 뭔가 물 흐르는 소리? 가 계속 들려서 asmr같아서 좋았습니다 ㅋㅋ) 스파도 준비되어 있어서 노천탕을 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬고 갑니다!
