stayed at Abshar heritage villa in june first week along with two little kids. Really enjoyed the stay. Property is 5 min drive from Shalimar garden. Property is located at base of the mountain and 2 min walking distance from a river. Rooms were nice and clean. Property has nice garden. Aaqid helped us in all respect to make our stay memorable. Aaqid even helped us with cab and a driver for all our travel..

This property is absolutely beautiful! Food was simply delicious, each meal was fresh & flavourful . Everything was perfect from start to finish. This villa is a top notch getaway!

Great stay for groups, families and pet parents. Great host and caretaker. The caretakers stay at the property and use the same kitchen for cooking their meals. Will visit again

We had a wonderful stay at Aubiz Villa during the Good Friday vacation weekend with four families. The host was incredibly hospitable and served delicious food throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the spacious lawn area, which turned out to be the perfect hangout spot for our group – especially with the cozy campfire setup in the evenings. The villa is ideal for group trips, providing both comfort and a relaxed vibe. It’s rare to find such a great outdoor space in this location, making it a standout feature. The only minor feedback we had was that the toilets in two of the rooms were smaller than expected. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Considering we traveled during the busy vacation season, the stay was very economical, and all four families left with great memories. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a getaway with friends or extended family!

A Peaceful Getaway with Amazing Hosts! We had a wonderful stay at this property! Even though it’s a little away from the town, the location is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are stunning, and the garden area is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretaker uncle and aunty—they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with delicious food on request, which added a homely touch to our trip. If you're looking for a serene retreat with warm hospitality, this is the place to be. Come here to experience the best Vintage stay in Dalhousie. The place is mesmerizing with all the antiques, fireplace, ambience that you will feel that you are in a dream British cottage! Sabina is very helpful, kind and proactive with a personal touch. She was helpful throughout the stay and provided useful recommendations. This review is incomplete without mentioning the all in one superhuman Mr Rakesh! A great cook, soft-spoken, kind hearted super active human taking care of us in the cottage was so helpful and sweet. He prepared delicious meals and carefully took care of us in the harsh cold during our visit. It was very helpful of the team to bring our luggage to and fro our Cab. This was a very thoughtful arrangement by Sabina! Overall an excellent place to stay and enjoy! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and gave us a true home-like feeling. I visited with my family, including kids, and we all felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel like part of their family. They genuinely cared about our well-being, guiding us whenever we went out and ensuring we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful—not just as a host, but more like a friend—suggesting the best places to visit in the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! Basir’s cooking was simply magical. We tried one meal outside but missed his delicious food, so we decided to have all our meals at the house instead. If you have Basir in the kitchen, I highly recommend enjoying the home-cooked meals—especially his Kashmiri dishes, which he prepares to perfection! A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We are lucky to have one more family in Kashmir now.

Caretaker : Aslam is very helpful and available in property as needed. Cook : Ilayath was a great cook and he makes whatever you need and is very tasteful houseKeeping : Junaid keeps the house clean and ensures to keep the place pristine clean as needed.

This place is right below the foot hills of Gulmarg , which I feel is better option to stay as Gulmarg is super crowded , stay is really pleasant with clean rooms and bathrooms, and the staff is really well trained really polite and five stars to the chef .

We had an incredible family stay at this beautiful villa! The serene setting, spacious rooms, and fun play area with table tennis and cricket kept everyone entertained, especially the kids. The private pool and peaceful garden were perfect for relaxation. The food was exceptional—delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A special mention to Tahir, Iqbal, Anzar, and Rashid for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and made us feel right at home. A perfect getaway for families!

It's a heaven on earth sorounded by mountains, river and property is really beautiful , landscape and cleanliness .. host is amazing he knows so much about Chamba and it's history .. I had great time , great food
