Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jakarta

Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

The house was comfortable and well-located making our stay enjoyable. The check in process was smooth. Host was friendly and responsive. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet. It wasn’t a major issue but a bit more attention to this would enhance the overall experience. A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

Layout sesuai dengan yang di iklankan. Sangat lengkap bahkan disediakan beberapa cemilan untuk dinikmati. Check in sangat mudah diberikan instruksi yang jelas. Kak Nida juga sangat responsif. Overall bagus sekali

I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.

Nice big apartment , centrally located very close to MRT and perfect location to enjoy Car Free Day on Sunday. There are few minimarts nearby, and the swimming pool has jacuzzi which is very nice at night. The apartment has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the TV has good entertainment. There’s a free one car parking pass provided. Highly recommend Frida’s apartment for your stay in Jakarta!

tempat menginap yang luar biasa, fasilitas lengkap termasuk ada ps5 yang bisa dimainkan, area sekitar memang tidak banyak tempat makan tapi ada Alfamart yang diseberang jalan. tidak perlu biaya tambahan untuk bayak parking karena free. overall sangat puas dan recommend untuk yang bawa anak2

Great apartment, great location

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Darma was a great host, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was very clean and close to public transportation. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place.

Patrick hat eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft im Apartmentkomplex. Der self check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar. Der Apartementkomplex ist durch Sicherheitspersonal im Erdgeschoss gut verwaltet, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr geschmackvoll ist auch die Einrichtung. In der angrenzenden Mall hat man genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, oder anderweitig einkaufen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war reibungslos, selten einen so proaktiven Host kennengelernt.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
