We just spent a weekend at Francisco's house in Pozo Alcón, and we couldn't be happier. We were eight friends and the place was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, very well maintained and has all the necessary amenities to enjoy to the fullest. In addition, it is in a quiet and sunny environment, ideal for disconnecting. Francisco was an excellent host, very attentive and always ready to help us with any questions. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy place in Jaén. The house was exactly as in the photos: great and with a lot of detail. Jose is a super host since before even check-in. He gave us many useful instructions and showed us visits and itineraries, apart from the mobile app that I recommend, which was essential. We will come back and definitely recommend it.

A very good area for vacationing

Catalina is a 10 host. Not only has the house immaculate, it also recommends and organizes activities to make your stay the most pleasant. The jacuzzi is a delight and the beds are large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. My family and I have really enjoyed it. Thank you Cati!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at El Cortijo Mirador. It is part of an old farmhouse with thick walls which make the interior cool, which was great in the heat of the day. The views of the surrounding mountains and olive groves are stunning. The pool is shared with other people also staying on the site. It was a lovely atmosphere. The owner,Reyes, was extremely helpful in telling us about the area and activities such as kayaking and hiring bikes. There is a lot to do in the area. We particularly enjoyed a visit to the market at Pozo Alcon on Monday and a wonderful walk in the mountains. Castril is a beautiful mountain village with white houses as well as a great municipal pool. Great value at 3 euros for the day. Gracias Reyes y Noella! Nos encantaba El Cortijo Mirador!

The house is beautiful and cozy! The town is beautiful and its people wonderful and Mari José was understanding with the arrival time! I wish we could have spent more time in the house and in the village!

We spent 4 fantastic days as a family and felt right at home. The house meets the descriptions, it has very special corners, such as the fireplace, the patio and the kitchen that gives rise to encounters and good conversations. The house is very spacious, rural to detail and the utensils are fine. The attention from the beginning was very good and Juan was super attentive and flexible. We loved the village and the surroundings, hopefully we can repeat soon. Highly recommended.

We loved the cave house and the pool. Manuel gave us a choice of two houses, and gave us a tour around the museum and the caves. He also took us and another couple to see the sunset in the Badlands which was an amazing place, which was reached by driving along a Rambla. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms, all with its bathroom. Spacious kitchen with lots of utensils. Very manicured decor. The terrace with the bbq grill is appreciated. To put some sticks, a wider living/dining room would be missing, it's a bit fair.

We had a lovely stay at Laura's place. Teresa was fantastic at responding to any queries that we had and was super helpful with local recommendations. The property was ideal for a small group of friends to enjoy. The surroundings were amazing and extremely peaceful.

A real "hide away". The place and the surrounding area are something completely different. Here you are really "in the country" - and that's great! The space is outstanding. Generously, clean and tastefully furnished. Reyes and her sister were very helpful in all respects. We are pleased to have made this discovery 👍

Kim's place has a superb view on the Sierra Nevada, a highlight during our family trip. It offers a cosy, isolated stay in "real" Spain, with easy access to Granada. The house has everything you need. (We had some epic moments with our son on the bench press with a view on the mountains. ) We were not able to really dive deep into the pool. This early in the year in April 2025, the weather was exceptionally cool, but, the pool was available and fully functional! When the sun and the heat did come through, the sun deck and sunbathing chairs did give us a relaxing time in this great private and beautiful environment. The views are something nobody in our family will ever forget. And, I had to dip my toes into the water anyway, to cool down during the warmer weather. Nicolas and Kim are very responsive and proactive, and catered to our every need. We appreciate that a lot. Their recommendations on Alcala la Real and Priego de Cordoba were excellent.

Jose Ángel was in contact with me since I made the reservation to provide me with all the information I needed to make our stay more pleasant. We will definitely return. It is a beautiful house, tastefully decorated, a quiet street, no noise. And Quesada is very beautiful, with an environment full of possibilities and gastronomically it is cheap and with great quality. Jose Ángel is already in charge of recommending according to your tastes. So we'll have to go back

She explains everything to you perfectly, she is very kind and the house is not missing any details. It's a very quiet and rural area, very easy to park around.

The house is very nice, great for large groups. It's very spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos, and is perfectly equipped with everything you need (towels, sheets, various utensils in the kitchen...), maybe the oven a little small but can be used without problems. A very quiet area, no noise is heard. Paqui has been a wonderful host, always at our disposal. It's been a complete success.

We loved our stay at Carmen’s place. It was very peaceful, but with easy access to the natural park where we made several trips to spot lynx. The villa had everything we needed. We cooked for ourself the whole time, and spent a lot of time sitting around the beautiful pool area. We loved Carmen’s 3 dogs too :) We hope to come back one day soon.

The stay at Gloria's house was magnificent. It's the second year we stayed there. Everything is clean and tidy and the house is very complete. The surroundings are very nice. Gloria and her daughter have been very kind and have been attentive to all our needs. I'm sure we'll repeat it.

Great place to stay in a nice and above all quiet location. Communication with Miguel went smoothly (Spanish). Anytime again!
