Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ivry-sur-Seine

Marc is very nice and very available we had a lock problem, the problem was fixed during the day the apartment is clean and well located, close to the tram, which takes us directly to Paris

We spent one week there, a family with two kids. The place was super close to public transport, plus super market for necessary groceries. It was a really nice stay, all our needs were covered. If I could add a suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some bins for garbage or recycling collection.

Mathéo’s home was a beautiful place to stay just outside the main centre of Paris. It was easily accessible by public transport (I travelled into the city daily) being just a short walk from the Metro station. There were shops and restaurants to enjoy nearby (as recommended by the host). The building and home was very comfortable and had all the essentials for an enjoyable stay over my 4 nights. Mathéo was very helpful and always available to assist. He checked in and gave me recommendations when I asked for them. I would recommend staying here, especially as a solo traveller like me.

Superb accommodation in this area of Paris! We were in Paris for a concert at the Accor Arena, so we chose to stay close to the area. This José apartment was a good match for us! It has everything you need, the metro is 5 minutes away on foot, and the neighborhood is quiet. We recommend it!

Nice stay in Isabelles apartment. Clean, beautiful, big balcony. Communication was fast and fine. Isabelle was quite helpful. Make sure that you read the information carefully. It is not Paris but you are downtown within 10 min by train. Nice bakeries in the aera!

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. Most importantly, the host was very kind and always responded very fast to any questions. It’s not easy to find a good airbnb in Paris, but this one exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Perfect place for a relaxing time Excellent equipment

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Eléonore was a super host, very responsive and helpful. The location was great, 20 minutes walk to the metro and other amenities such as restaurants and parks. Would recommend.

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is pleasant, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located right in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
