I rented to celebrate my family birthday. Beautiful place, easy to reach, the house is super comfortable, the rooms are downstairs, with that, if someone wants to rest the noise of other people, they don't get in the way. Well equipped kitchen, clean and smelling sheets and pillows, very well clean and heated pool, breaking the ice of the pool. Fabia always helpful and responded super fast when we sent a message. The sunset is stunning! Everyone loved it, we hope to be back soon! Thank you!!

The accommodation is simply perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. Everyone in the family praised the house and in fact it is a beautiful house: large, airy, tidy, which made the stay much more pleasant. We were in a group of 27 people to sleep and everyone was accommodated peacefully in the beds. And a group of 50 people who spent the day, who were also easily received, reinforcing the structure of the house for large and medium-sized events. Something that caught our attention were the accessibility items (wheelchairs, adapted bathroom) because we had some people with mobility difficulties and this support was incredible. Congratulations to Fernando (owner) and Israel (housekeeper) for their kindness from the first contact to check-out. We'll be back for sure!!

The place is exactly like in the pictures. It is a simple but very comfortable accommodation with the necessary items for a peaceful stay. In the vicinity, there are bakeries, grocery stores, and street parking spaces. The space was clean and it is an apartment with a lot of privacy. The condominium is perfect. Great location, tranquility, security and privacy. We can still see monkeys in the surroundings and beautiful birds. It was a perfect holiday.

Pena we saw the goats only on the first day :/we only saw the kkkkkkkkkk chickens. The contact with Jax and the camping equpe from the beginning was very quiet and are very helpful. The house is very nice!! It is close to Itu, with a market 10 minutes from the condominium. We went as a family, a large group. We were able to make good use of the house's structure. It has a sauna, swimming pool, fire place and a very well-equipped kitchen. The condominium has a beach court and tennis court. The host provides the contact of a girl to help with cleaning and cooking, this is an additional service, which we opted for and it was great to help with the chores. I recommend it and will be back. Located in the house of Vera on Easter and from the first contact she showed a helpful and attentive mto. Our stay was perfect, the photos represent exactly the place, well located, equipped, clean and with several attractions in the house to do. A perfect place to go with family and friends, enjoy a beautiful pool , have that nice barbecue, play ball, enjoy the net reading a book or even relaxing by listening to the birds. Truly a place that deserves prominence on Airbnb, we highly recommend and intend to go back.

I went to play with my band at an event in Itu. We stayed for a short period, between the sound check and the show, and returned to São Paulo on the same day. But it was worth every penny and every second of rest! The house is very spacious, airy and is in a very quiet place 15 minutes from the central square. The room has a special charm. Very spacious and has a very charming taco floor. Keila (Jhonata's mother, if I'm not mistaken) took care of the reception and she is a very sweet, available, generous and attentive person. A thousand stars!

The stay at Sítio Palo-Palo was excellent. The property is beautiful, old but very cozy. The sand and tennis court were great for kids to have fun. The gourmet area is super well-equipped. Fernando was excellent in communication and the homemade Isa was also a note 10!

Elenilde was very friendly from the first conversation until the key was handed over. She was helpful in facilitating the check-in, we had no problems during our stay.

Rosário's farm is a haven for those who want peace, it's too good, I intend to return more often, and João Batista is always attentive!
