The place is extremely quiet, beautiful and the house brings a lot of warmth and peace. Rodrigo was very attentive, friendly and kind in every way. We definitely recommend it. It's a unique experience for those looking for calm and quiet without losing quality. We love it!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

We like Vinicius' house too much! It is a rustic style house with very appropriate details in each room, which makes it charming and cozy. In addition, the house is fully equipped with various household items, bath and bed linen and plenty of room for refrigeration of food and beverages. And the sunset was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen!

Our stay at Arminda's place was wonderful! From the first contact, she was very helpful and flexible. In person, the presentation of the house was even more friendly and willing to help with whatever it took. Your place is very nice, you have fully accommodated everyone, and you have impeccable cleanliness. The open area with the pool and the small orchard below entertained us a lot during our days. We plan to come back!

The farm is amazing, everything is very organized and clean, well-equipped kitchen, clean pool, plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We love everything, we intend to return in the summer.

Lígia was a super attentive host. The house is excellent, very complete, far superior to what appears in the photos, with great places to relax, garden, orchard and an amazing view. For those who want to get out a little stress and would run from day to day, there is no better place. The condominium is also super safe, with great hiking spaces. We'll be back for sure!

I spent 5 days with the family ( 9 people) and the house held everyone well. There were all the necessary utensils ( dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc.) , gallon water ( there were 3 gallons of 20 liters), microwave, 2 grills, pizza oven… everything that is described in the advertisement is compatible. The community is securely closed. We made great walks. Inside the condominium there is also a market pay and take that breaks a good branch ( from it to go on foot). The only tip I leave the extra is to take a pillow ( although they exist in the house they are very “ beaten”) and some mattresses were also not very comfortable. The stay was very nice and we didn't have any adverse issues.

I always stay in one of the suites and I'm always well received! I highly recommend it!!

The stay was great. Good cost benefit, home well located for students and professors of Unicamp. Communication with Wal and Helio was excellent, always proactive and supportive. My room was super comfy, clean bathroom. Good shower. I managed to organize and use the garage. Good wifi network also for my studies. I thank you for your kindness during my stay.

Caio's space is identical to the photos, very comfortable, new, clean, well equipped. The reception and parking were well attended by the reception and parking. It is possible to have coffee and lunch in the building. We had a problem with a stove and Caio soon provided us with a solution 😊

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the Taquaral, Cambuí and shopping malls. Parking is covered and the space is super easy to maneuver. The apartment has air-conditioning in the bedroom and office, which is worth it, because it is almost always hot in Campinas! The bed is large and comfortable and there is also a TV in the bedroom. I really enjoyed it.

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . Carlos was a great host, removed all my doubts and was super patient , because I filled with questions rs The view of the house is beautiful and it is super spacious , has all household utensils, fridge and freezer work perfectly well . The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!
