We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, organized and super functional. It is well worth the price paid, the access, security, structure and services of the building are excellent. Rose is very attentive, concerned with well-being. The apartment is in the best location in Mogi, close to everything, and the best part is that you can do everything on foot. I highly recommend it and would return 1,0000 times if necessary. Congratulations on your hard work, Rose.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the view is not even mentioned… These days there reminded me of how poor I am, and why I have to double my work this year to conquer my own apartment with high ceilings. 😅🤣 I recommend it ✅

The stay in the studio met all expectations. We chose the location due to its proximity to the expo center north, but I was extremely satisfied with the conditions of the place. Photos consistent with the apartment, comfortable bed, very well-equipped kitchen, clean and organized bathroom, great shower. The sofa in the living room is a little small, but I understand that it is due to the size restriction of the place, so nothing to complain about. We had a minor setback with the water supply in the studio. However, it was a general problem of the building, and Andreia was extremely helpful in assessing the situation and providing us with many updates on the situation. If we had the opportunity, we would stay with Andreia again. I highly recommend it!!

From the first contact, Gabriel was always very kind. This was our first experience with the platform. He gave me credibility and confidence. The apartment has a great location and is cozy, charming and well-equipped. It had everything!!! We were very satisfied. Highly recommended, and we will repeat as soon as possible.

Gustavo's apartment is just like the photos, extremely clean and pleasant. Easy access and all the building staff are very helpful. If you don't want to go out at night, there are many things in the building, such as breakfast, food and even shows. Gustavo was always very attentive and receptive, I will return more often. The location is great for those attending an event in the Anhembi district.

The place is impeccable. Even more beautiful than on the pictures. Everything is very clean, cozy, perfect for resting and disconnecting. Rodrigo was very nice and helped us with everything. We'll be back more often.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

I felt at home, beautiful furniture, all the decorated space, fragrant flowers, all with great quality. Towels and Smell linen, gentle, welcoming care, concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! I had very cold days, the heater and bathrobe provided by Aline were very useful at night. I had planned to cook during my stay and found all the utensils I needed, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was also one of the differentials, it is very large and has a wonderful shower. My only point of attention was regarding the lighting of the condominium, I had difficulties finding the house in the dark, I recommend that you check in earlier and when leaving, I left a light on to facilitate access to the house. Aline was a very attentive, polite and helpful host, gave tips on places to visit, helped me solve a problem I had here on the platform and helped with driver referrals. They were incredible days with a lot of nature, silence, comfort and even a visit from a marmoset.

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The accommodation is the same as in the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
