I was in this apartment with my husband and my son, we were super happy and satisfied firstly from the first moment we had communication with the host and Mrs. Aida, who was very kind, always pending and willing to collaborate in what we needed, we were very surprised by all the details that they took care to have for their guests, I was very surprised that they had a first aid kit, iron, tea, aromatic candles, the apt is very well located, quiet ensemble, there are the best shopping centers and food places super close, we did not have problems with the water, nor light.. we gave you 10/10 and we would definitely return to this building with our eyes closed. Thank you Mr. Antonio and mainly to Mrs. Aida for all your attention.

We traveled for Holy Week and rented the big house. It was a pleasant surprise. Four rooms, each with its own bathroom, social areas, dining room, living room on another floor with a high ceiling and super spacious and beautiful, a family room, and of course a pool with its charming jacuzzi that makes you not want to leave it. The privileged location of the house, at the beginning of the boulevard of Pampatar with everything nearby, where you can walk everywhere, the supermarket, the famous empanadas of Pampatar, the signature restaurants to eat every day in a different one, walks during the night to the shore of the beach. The location of the privileged house. But the best thing is the attention and care that Mrs. Emma, Mr. Rafael and of course the great José, a spectacular person who helps you from carrying your bags, making the grills next to the pool, shopping, a man of a great heart and dedication. The house is beautiful, it has comfortable rooms all with air conditioning, it also has air throughout the room. It has an excellent music player that improved our stay. The impeccable kitchen and amazing pool. I recommend it 100%!

We had a fabulous stay , relaxing poolside, good space for family meals, lovely neighbours. Great local shops and peaceful location. Villa kitchen area is oitdoors and is fully equipped for cooking baking entertaining. Zsolt was amazingly helpful nothing to much trouble for him. overall a well needed vacation in a beautiful Villa. AMAZING Since we arrived, everything was just perfect. We were greeted by a very friendly and attentive staff, making us feel at home from the first moment. Javier's service was exceptional at all times: always available, cordial and with a warmth that made all the difference. The room was comfortable, clean, with a bathroom that had natural light, which was a lovely detail. Waking up and having a view of the sea was a real gift. The terrace is spacious and the well-kept gardens offered us perfect spaces to relax and enjoy nature. Breakfast was delicious and served with great dedication. Being able to enjoy it outdoors, with the sea breeze, is a plus The incredible location right on the seashore, with sunsets and unique moments of tranquility. In short, it was a magical experience. Gabriele and his wife are excellent hosts, friendly, polite, the apartment has a spectacular view, very good located, very comfortable, the wifi was perfect, everything was very clean, has Shopping Center and walking automobile, every time I needed them they attended me immediately, we shared, we talked, I recommend them 100%, real hosts.
