Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ioulis

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The environment is pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

Une charmante maison en haut du village, très agréable, un intérieur chaleureux et deux belles terrasses. En juin, nous avons profité de la résidence pour nous seuls c’était super. La communication était fluide et tout s’est très bien passé.

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! Μείναμε στο σπίτι της κ. Παρασκευής για το τριήμερο του Αγίου Πνεύματος μια παρεα 7 ατόμων . Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πλησίον της χώρας και κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ/φουρνο. Παρότι πολλά άτομα δεν στριμωχτήκαμε ποτέ. Η αυλή του σπιτιού είναι ιδανική για να σε κάνει να μη θες να φύγεις! Οι οικοδεσπότες μας ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και καθόλα κατατοπιστικοί και βοηθητικοί. Θα επέστρεφα ευχαρίστως στο μέλλον

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. I would consider it a good value. The communication before, during and after, was superb. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to and from port involved a slight uphill/downhill but only for a block or so, easy if you are mobile. I would certainly recommend, particularly if you are in port for a sailing excursion. Overall, a great experience. Eferisto!

Katerina's home is everything she says it is and more!!!! Very big, comfortable and safe!!!! Beautiful view during the day but really nice at night!!! My family had a great time here and we're very happy with how close it is to the sea and travern!! Great food and friendly service with a family owned gorcery store right by the tavern!!! Close to Lavreo and Athens!! Also close to the designer discount shopping!! Once again we highly recommend this home

Amazing apartment in a lovely and traditional looking complex. The view from the balcony at the back of the apartment is amazing and we spent most of our time out here during our stay. Very relaxing place to stay. Great host, very helpful and apartment has everything you need for your stay. The swimming pool is also great on hot days.

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

La villa était comme nous l'imaginions avec un panorama de rêve.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!
