This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

Fabulous central location, walking distance to our favorite watering hole the Ave and the legendary Buster Crabb's. Light and spacious with a great enclosed courtyard, it is perfect for drinks after exploring Southland or a bit of space for your little people to let off some steam. Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. We loved our stay at John’s. We arrived in the dark so did not get to see how beautiful it was outside till the next morning. The house was extremely cozy, and despite a raging storm outside we felt warm and comfortable inside. The power went out due to the storm and John kindly offered his own kitchen for use, which although we didn’t take up the offer, was greatly appreciated. The tubs were a great spot for having a morning coffee and watching the birds. The number of Tui’s was incredible. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay.

Short stay for a few hours and check out to the airport, everything is perfect but regret no chance to have a harbour view. We have everything basic there we needed, perfect and thanks host!
