Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Indre-et-Loire

We had a fabulous stay with Sandrine and Francois! The house was perfect for our family of three, and the provisions available for children and babies is really well thought out with absolutely everything you need for a stay with young ones. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The property is well situated for exploring the surrounding Loire valley. We can’t rate our stay high enough and would definitely go and stay again!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Vouneuil-sur-Vienne petite maison dans la forêt très propre et bien agencée, au calme sans vis-à-vis, avec toutes les commodités ainsi que les commerces à proximité. Jean-Marc, notre hôte, gentil, serviable, disponible, prêt à tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous avons eu un temps superbe. Ayant de la famille dans cette région, nous reviendrons certainement au mois d’octobre 2025. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel ancien moulin . L'endroit est très paisible et superbe. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Grande piscine pour se relaxer après une ballade en vélo en bord de Loire. Excellent accueil de Frédéric. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

The Presbytere is in a lovely peaceful location but with good access to explore the area around Tours. As it is such an old building that has had some modernisation, there were a few things that were interesting and unexpected! The built in oven and washing machine were behind an old wooden door and the microwave in another cupboard- but all worked perfectly. If you like a place with great character and are not looking for modern and contemporary, then you’ll love this place. The front garden was sunny most of the day, so lovely for sitting out for breakfast through to dinner. Gilles was very helpful and his friend Annie, who met us to let us in, was also lovely. One last thing, if you have any mobility issues then the Presbytere is probably not suitable as access is via several quite steep stone steps from the street and parking is a few metres away from the steps.

Nettes Häuschen in einem wunderschönen Garten, nahe zum Bahnhof, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Küche lassen sich einfache Gerichte zubereiten. In der Stadt findet man gutes Essen (Markthalle, Restaurants) und interessante Geschäfte. Mit der Eisenbahn sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen, empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch von Chinon. Michèle ist eine aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass man ihre Waschmaschine benutzen darf und dass alles für das Frühstück schon bei Ankunft bereit steht, inklusive selbstgemachter Marmelade!

Wir ( drei Erwachsene)waren hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem sehr schönen und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteten Haus.Aufgrund der zentralen Lage hatten wir die Möglichkeit mit unseren Fahrrädern ausgedehnte Touren im Loiretal zu unternehmen.Gut gefallen hat uns auch der nahe gelegene und sehr hübsche Ort Esvres . Wir können die Adresse daher ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und möchten uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt bei der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin ausdrücklich bedanken.

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

Sejour très agréable dans la maison de Stéphanie, trop court pour profiter de la salle cinéma 🤭 Maison accueillante, au calme, décorée avec goût. Mention spéciale pour la salle spa sauna et pour les équipements pour bébé !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Le petit jardin est appréciable et on est au calme. Je recommande.

well situated apartment with view to the loire. parking in a lockup garage very safe and convenient. a bright safe clean apartment with a bit of character and charm. Convenient to shops restaurants a small supermarket and the chateau and gardens. Host very helpful. Will stay again.

Jessica est expérimentée, les instructions sont claires, le logement est très propre et proche de la gare TGV. Le logement est bien agencé et tout le nécessaire est disponible.

Vier Wochen Workation - es war schlichtweg großartig. Das ZImmer war sogar für zwei Personen groß genug und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kammer mit Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Vapoo-Reiniger war äußerst praktisch. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unschlagbar. Wir mochten auch die etwas abgelegene Lage, fuhren mit der Straßenbahn in die Stadt oder liefen runter. Liebe Marlene, hab herzlichen Dank.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Elisa. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé pour ceux qui aiment le vieux quartier de Tours et tous ses commerces bars restaurants. Accès difficile en voiture (accès piéton) et stationnement compliqué du fait du centre historique de Tours, mais je crois que ce logement propose aussi une place de parking ce qui est idéal. Bref, un très bel emplacement et un logement impeccable, atypique et très agréable

On ne peut trouver meilleure prestation correspondant parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. L'humilité de nos hôtes par rapport à leur "noviciat" en AirB&B et leur souhait de recueillir toute critique ou proposition d'amélioration sont très louables. Mais comme il est précisé dans nombre d'avis publiés avant le mien, Jean-Noël et Cathy sont déjà au top. Aussi, les éventuelles améliorations seront de légers détails par rapport à la situation générale. Merci encore à eux pour l'agréable séjour que nous avons passé chez eux.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.

De passage pour 2 jours, le logement était très accueillant, décoré avec goût et très bien nettoyé. Gildas s'est montré très réactif et la notice fournie par ses soins était très utile. Je recommande.
