In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Surplombé par un filet sur la mezzanine, cet espace atypique vous permettra de chiller avec un bouquin & observer les enfants jouer à l'issu d'un tour dans le Spa situé sous le préau. La voie verte se trouve en contre bas du clos ce qui permet de belles balades à vélos&pied. Chinon se trouve à 4,5km, Tours a 40 min, Saumur a 30 minutes… Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite (marches, escaliers...)

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

A 5 min du Zoo de Beauval, ancienne longère restaurée avec une belle cheminée, dans un parc arboré de 7000 m2 avec un petit plan d'eau, parc dans lequel on peut jouer, se détendre au calme, faire un barbecue. La maison est proche des châteaux de la Loire et peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes.
