Nice relaxing country house with private pool

Located in a rural environment, this great accommodation offers an oasis of peace & tranquility. Surrounded by nature it is ideal for couples or families with young children. Beautiful traditional Mallorcan house with 2 very cozy levels. On the ground floor you will find the spacy living-dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, the mezzanine has views of the countryside, it consists in a double bed, single bed, a baby cot as well.

It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

Fully renovated house, located in the municipality of Inca at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal location for cyclists. The house has two floors: on the lower floor, there is the hall, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. It has an exit to a backyard with a garden area, and a glazed porch at the back. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms with ceiling fans (one of them with access to a terrace), and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Tourist license: ETV11919
