Доброго времени суток! Я благодарна за ценное качество - ДОВЕРИЕ! Зураб и Фериде - приятные, отзывчивые, внимательные люди, которые улучшили наше путешествие по Грузии. Это скорее всего был наш бонус на последние дни отдыха, и изучения истории Грузии. Мы приехали туристами в гости, а уехали родственниками!!!! Спасибо за приятные - эмоции, ощущения, чуткость, внимание!!!

كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

Прекрасное, красивое место со всеми удобствами. Дом буквально стоит на горной речке, тут очень живописно. Буквально в нескольких секундах ходьбы от дома сразу попадаешь в туристическую движуху с магазинами, кафе и т. п. В минуте ходьбы центральный парк, фуникулер на гору и т. п. Сам дом большой, в нем 3 спальни довольно большие и кухня гостинная. У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Плюс есть место чтобы посидеть на улице с большим столом, качелей и диваном. Также прямо у реки есть еще место с беседкой, мангалом, детской качелей и гамаком. В общем места полно. Хозяйка Марине отзывчивая и доброжелательная, все рассказала и показала, также предоставила место для авто. очень рекомендую.

Sergi and everyone we talked to were so helpful and kind. Always answered questions quickly. There were lots of rooms and plenty of space for our large group. We were very comfortable. It was a bit cold at first but Sergi worked quickly to remedy that for us. The only thing I did not realize was that some of the rooms and large kitchen could not be accessed by an indoor stairwell. We had to go outside to the kitchen and some of the bedrooms and it was snowing (it was beautiful) Not a huge issue unless you have elderly people or anyone who can’t handle stairs. There are a lot of stairs.

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

We had an amazing stay at the 2 BR Zindisi Forest Haven Retreat! The house is cozy, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Surami center, where you’ll find shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, and the famous Iron Water. The host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re looking to relax in the peaceful surroundings of the spruce forest or breathe in the freshest air, this retreat is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Zura’s apartment for six months, and it truly felt like home. The apartment is perfect for digital nomads or travelers, situated in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the city center. Marina is the kindest and most attentive host we’ve ever met, making us feel so welcome that we stayed longer than planned. Dear Tamta, Thank you so much for hosting us! We had a great time in your apartment. The view over Kutaisi Central Square was absolutely beautiful – we enjoyed it every day. The location was also perfect: very central, so we could walk everywhere easily. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and everything was very nicely decorated. We also really liked the balcony – it was a lovely extra touch and made our stay even more comfortable. Thanks again for everything. We were staying in apartment during two weeks. And during that period I was enjoying with nature around - so calm, green, lots of birds singing around, flowers:) Apartment is so clean, comfortable. All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are available. Bed is comfortable for sleeping, so I could relax well. Also apartment has balcony and terrace, place for barbecue. Owner really cares about her guests. Near to apartment are located Central Park with balneological zone. And in about one hour's drive away are located famous natural areas: Martvili and Okatse canyons, caves, Green lake with fish farm and lots of waterfalls and rivers around. Highly recommend this apartment, especially if you want to escape from big city:)

Amazing appartement in a newly built block in Kutaisis right next to white bridge. The flat is well equipped, very clean and newly renovated with modern style. Very comfy bed, bath, etc. Enjoyed staying there, will return for sure

Fantastic Stay at Ketevan's Place! Manuel and Belen's stay at Ketevan's Airbnb was wonderful. The apartment is located in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a restful sleep. Situated conveniently close to the Colchis Fountain, the location is perfect for exploring the area. There's an exceptional supermarket just 50 meters away, offering fresh, daily-made dishes that you can watch being prepared. It's a food lover's delight! The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could need, and parking your car is hassle-free. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear check-in and check-out instructions provided. Overall, Ketevan's hospitality combined with the superb amenities and prime location made this stay unforgettable.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

It's a nice small apartment to spend a night or two. Be aware, that you can't expect luxury for this price. Overall good impression.

Очень хорошая квартира! Чистая, тихая, нет никаких запахов. Есть все необходимое. Самое главное - очень удобные кровати и матрасы и подушки!!! И еще очень важно, что ночью было абсолютная тишина. Не слышно ни машин, ни соседей. Это дает возможность хорошо крепко выспаться. Есть очень хороший балкон с небольшой территорией, где мои дети бегали и играли пол дня. Территория безопасная, чистая. Я не боялась отпускать там бегать детей одних. Огорожена. Советую. Особенно тем кто с детьми. И кто хочет выспаться)
