All well explained, oriented; leaving us with great security to spend, quietly, these days in the house. It had never rented a place with such organization and tranquility.

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 min walk. The patio is big, our dogs have enjoyed a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the slab, the place is great for enjoying the sea and the sunrise.

This is a great accommodation for those who go with children. We had an excellent experience with the condominium, with several options of activities, even in the winter. It has all utensils to meet everyone's demand. The location is great. Near the beach (5 short areas), close to the market, butchery and bakery. In the front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite moving (people walking, fishing and taking chimarrão), but that does not interfere and does not interfere with people's stay in the house at all. Internet and TV running well. The pool area is great. We used this space little because the climate was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and it did not warm enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a smell of mold because the house was probably closed for a long time. Quick cleaning was required.

The house has space and good accommodations for all guests (and there were many of us), many fans for the high temperatures, the house is extremely ventilated, a magnificent outdoor area, quiet place, close to Barra de Imbe… but the big difference is the hosts, kind, proactive and made us feel at home. Great house, very clean, pool ok. Hostess always polite and willing. Only the last night, when a storm occurred and the living room and one of the bedrooms flooded. This made it difficult to sleep because we were a large family and mattresses had to be put on the floor for everyone to sleep. But otherwise everything was okay.
