Host was super kind and helpful. The house was clean and tidy, everything was available you need. Kalamaria is my favorite neighborhood in Thessaloniki, it has a nice street parallel to coast, and many cafes, fish restaurants alongside the coastal line.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Hosts! Friendly and very welcoming. Good Communication and some cute welcoming gifts. We had everything we needed and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The location was ideal. If we will be in Greece again we will always stop by again!

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Wir waren 7 Tagen mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und waren alle 4 sehr begeistert und glücklich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wirklich groß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und ein Café. Zum Strand sind es ca 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. In allen Punkten TOP.

Crisa’s apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Thessaloniki. Walkable to everything with beautiful views of the square and the sea from the balconies. She was friendly and very communicative. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furnishings are gorgeous. She left thoughtful treats and the apartment is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Powyżej oczekiwań! Makrygialos to rajskie miejsce letniskowe gdzie nie spotkasz zbyt wielu turystów ale Greków uciekających przed skwarem z dużych miast. Spokojnie można spędzić tam czas korzystając z pieknych okolicznych plaż ale wystraczy samochód i Dion i Litochoro są tuż za rogiem. Dom jest duży, czysty, klimatyzowany, ogród jest gościnny i zadbany z basenem w którym można ochłodzić. Z balkonu widać zatokę Termajską, a w pogodny dzień także Półwysep Chalckydycki. Gospodarze ugoszczą Cię jak rodzina albo przyjaciele ale bez nachalności i zakłócania prywatności. Doradzą gdzie zjeść i gdzie warto się wybrać - spędzają tam wakacje od dziecka i wiedzą najlapiej. Kiedy się z nimi zaprzyjaźnisz poczęstują cię lokalnymi przysmakami i warzywami z ogrodu. Nigdzie nie doświadczysz bardziej tego czym jest Grecja niż tu!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

Öncelikle ev sahibimiz inanılmaz kibar, misafirperver ve dost canlısıydı. Her konuda yardımımıza koştu. Bizim için ikramlıklar ve hediyeler hazırlamıştı sanki ailemizden biri gibi davrandı bize karşı. Eve gelecek olursak fotoğraflarda görüldüğünden daha güzel ve temizdi. Ev sahibi tarafından tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak araç ve gereçler evde mevcuttu. Havuz her sabah erkenden temizlenmekteydi. Rüya gibi 4 gün geçirdik, bu sebeple Gountas abime çok teşekkür ediyorum. Olumsuz bir şey söylemek gerekirse gerçi bunun ev ile ilgilisi yok ancak sivrisinekler için gelmeden önce önlem alın. Her şey için teşekkürler Gountas ❤️

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! The studio is fine and clean, the terrace is big enough to place things that don't fit in the room. They supported me as I asked for a car rental in the nearby before flying to Thessaloniki. They are always very helpful.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό!!Πεντακάθαρο πολύ άνετο, και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μία πολύ άνετη διαμονή!Οι οδηγίες ήταν απολύτως ακριβής τόσο για το διαμέρισμα όσο και για το παρκινγκ το οποίο ήταν πολύ κοντά και εύκολο στην χρήση.Η οικοδέσποινα Παναγιώτα είχε φροντίσει για τα πάντα !!Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία και ελπίζουμε να ξαναρθουμε!!

Прекрасное месторасположение , есть парковочные места. Пляж , кафе, рестораны в несколькольких минутах ходьбы , при этом место немного в стороне от всех заведений и за счет этого отсутствует шум.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Doar cuvinte de laudă si multumire pentru Melina. Este o gazda de nota ,,100". Am locuit 7(sapte) nopti ,in locuinta Melinei , o locuinta minunata ,dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a avea un sejur excelent.Locuinta corespunde întru totul descrierii , pozitia față de mare si plajă,foarte aproape , vederea de pe balcon încântătoare , si nu in ultimul rând ,curătenia desavârsită ,pe care am incercat să o mentinem la acelasi nivel. Dacă am reusit să ne ridicam la asteptarile ei , va spune Melina si pe viitor ne va avea din nou ca oaspeti. Mii de multumiri, pentu tot . Recomand cu drag , această persoană ,si acest loc !
