Holiday rentals with beach access in Imathia

Wir waren fünf Tage bei Chris und seiner Frau zu Gast. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. :) Die Katze kommt ab und zu auch mal zu Besuch! ;)

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war wirklich alles perfekt! 🙂 Die Wohnung mit dem Balkon ist super schön und die Gastgeber unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für Thessaloniki und die Umgebung bekommen und konnten jederzeit ganz viele Fragen stellen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Спасибо Лампросу и его жене Канелле за гостеприимство! Дом маленький, но уютный и чистый. Мы были зимой, кондиционер работает на отопление хорошо. Море близко. от дома. Вокруг очень тихо. Это отличный выбор для тех кто любит тихий и спокойный отдых. Из замечаний, я бы отменил немного тесную ванную комнату. Мы с удовольствием ещё бы вернулись в этот дом.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier – und es war wieder einfach perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage sowohl oben als auch unten, was besonders an heißen Tagen angenehm ist. Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft – da beginnt die Erholung sofort. Die Straße ist etwas belebt, daher darf man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage und der Charme der Unterkunft machen das mehr als wett. Vassiliki ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

The host is incredibly sweet & friendly. The place is a short walk to great food and the beach. I rented a car and went to some of the more secluded beaches that are a quick drive. There is a supermarket downstairs so you can cook if you are on a budget. The bathroom is very tiny but enough space to do what you need. The balcony was great to sit and enjoy breakfast. The sunrise on the beach is amazing.

I recently stayed in this stunning, super-modern apartment in Thessaloniki, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the stylish, sleek design immediately stood out. The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

My Mom and I really enjoyed our time here. Everything was perfect. The only piece of advice I have is to take a Taxi to and from the airport. Of course the busses are cheaper, but when you are carrying luggage it is better to just pay the extra money.

Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Има условия за приготвяне на храна. Препоръка от нас - липсва кана за гореща вода. С нея биха се улеснили някои дейности. Все пак на готварската печка заедно с другите котлони има и малко котлонче, на което може да се загрее вода с джезве.

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή καταλύματος. Καθαρός, εύκολα προσβάσιμος χώρος. Είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν τα οποία υπήρχαν και στις αναφερόμενες παροχές. Άνεση για τον ύπνο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, όμορφα και με γούστο διακοσμημένος χώρος. Με την Κατερίνα είχαμε μια άψογη επικοινωνία για ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε. Ήσυχη η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος, πρόσβαση με τα πόδια για την παραλία και όλα τα κοντινά μαγαζιά για ότι χρειαστείς. Κατερίνα και Αλέξανδρε σας ευχαριστούμε.

Incredible place, clean as you like. Value for money at its best. Great location and the host (Marios) was very friendly and eager to help at all times. Would totally recommend!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα Joan's House, μας άρεσε πολύ. Το σπίτι ήταν φωτεινό και κατά την άφιξη μας στο χώρο, τα κλιματιστικά λειτουργούσαν, οπότε δεν αισθανθήκαμε καθόλου την υγρασία, λόγω εποχής , καθώς επισκέφθηκαμε το κατάλυμα τέλη Οκτωβρίου. Το σπίτι μέσα ήταν πολύ λειτουργικό και εξοπλισμένο πλήρως ώστε πραγματικά αισθανομασταν ότι βρισκόμασταν στο σπίτι μας. Η περιοχή ήταν κεντρικά, χωρίς ωστόσο να υπάρχει φασαρία, με το πάρκο απέναντι να σε γεμίζει όμορφα φθινοπωρινά χρώματα. Συστήνω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και για το Φθινόπωρο, νομίζω θα το απολαύσετε πολυ περισσότερο, εμείς τουλάχιστον το απολαύσαμε και χαλάρωσαμε αρκετά. Τέλος, η κ. Ιωάννα ήταν πολύ καθοδηγητική για το πως θα βρούμε το σπίτι με ακριβείς οδηγίες. Και ο Γιώργος ήταν πάντα τόσο άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και πολύ - πολύ ευγενικός. Ευχόμαστε να συνεχίσουν έτσι να έχουν τόσο όμορφες και δημιουργικές ιδέες, τόσο για το Joan's House όσο και για το lost in paradise στην Κατερίνη. Εις το επανιδείν Νίκη -Λευτέρης

Very well organized with given clear check in instructions on time. Eventhough I haven’t mentioned preparing the sofa bed for sleeping, they have made the bed on their own knowing we’re with two small children. Will keep in mind for longer stay next time!

A simple apartment with everything you need. It's easy to walk to the bus stop or just walk around town. Not too noisy. A grocery store is right downstairs which is very convenient. I would recommend! It was clean and private for an affordable price in an affordable location. Just what I needed for my stay. I was comfortable and the area seemed to be very safe.

Καθαρό σπίτι, ήσυχη περιοχή δίπλα στην θάλασσα με πολύ ωραία θέα και πάρκινγκ! Η Δήμητρα είναι πολύ φιλική, μας πρότεινε πολλά μέρη στην Επανομη και στην Μηχανιωνα για φαγητό και καφέ. Επίσης η Θεσσαλονίκη είναι πολύ κοντά, μισή ώρα περίπου με το αυτοκίνητο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Great apartment tucked away but in the center of kalamaria at the same time. Helpful host and comfortable furnishings. Definitely worth it.
