highly recommend the home exactly like in the photos the super quiet beach ( on the days I spent), quiet for those who come with children, house near the beach, a restaurant with homemade food and barbecue top and affordable value, the house with everything in great condition and working we've been here for 7 days, and we'll definitely be back

The stay was excellent. Near the beach. Half a block walking and was already in the sea. Quiet place. Family atmosphere. All spacious rooms. Elevador. Garage and Comfort. No squeezing or stumbling on people inside the lodging. I recommend it. I will stay again if possible.

Jorge and Ana Otimos Hosts! the town took us by boat to the beach and Tb offered kayak and stand up for us to use. And we end the stay with a delicious siri soup!!! a loved one we love it and will definitely be back

The apartment is perfect! Well organized, functional, well-equipped kitchen and the paramount size! The high point is the view!!! We almost feel our foot in the sand while sitting on the balcony. The location is great because it has very close services, such as market, pharmacy, ice cream... and at the same time it is a calm beach, with a lot of space for walking, contemplation and for those who enjoy tranquility. Communication with Maurina was always very good and agile, she is a great host. I highly recommend this stay!

We love the place. It deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Well located, next to the beach, very beautiful and tidy house.

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

Jair is super good people, the house is complete, extremely clean and well positioned. São Chico is super safe and the people very polite. The beaches are beautiful and on the side of the house we have a quick access to 3 of them. Anyway, I recommend the house, the city, the Jair, the beaches, the people... it was a trip top!!!

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Henrique was extremely dear to us during the visit. We had a small issue with the refrigerator after a few hours in the stay, and he promptly left us with a spare freezer and the next day he took a new refrigerator. It helped us with recommendations for places to eat and super proactive with everything we asked him. The house is beautiful! Super spacious and fits 2 cars quietly

Great stay. Very well equipped and cozy apartment, there was nothing missing. And the condominium is great. The co-host's reception was very good, and communication with Mr. Fabiano was quick and effective, and he is undoubtedly a very kind and accessible person.

My family and I are very well hosted! The pictures correspond to what you find in the house, everything clean, beautiful and organized. Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

The only disadvantage is that the single beds were very uncomfortable, expired mattresses... the double bed on the other hand was very comfortable. The only thing to improve, otherwise a 10.
