The house was totally clean, everything matched the photos. Beautiful condominium, well located, with a practically private beach. Raquel helped us with everything, she was a great help. When we returned from the beach, the house was spotless and food was ready! The rooms had comfortable and practical accommodation, as shown in the photos. We will definitely be back!

The house is very good, great location, faithful to the photos, clean, spacious! The hostess is a sweetheart, I've rarely traveled and found someone so helpful, promptly answering all questions and suggesting nice tours! I just have to thank you for this stay and we'll see you next time, you can rent without fear.

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

The house is excellent, everything is very clean, organized and well cared for — really impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked, as we were working, but the little time we spent there was sensational. The host, Gabriela, was wonderful: always very helpful and responded quickly to all our messages. Without a doubt, we will return and recommend it to everyone!

Amazing home with great access to Ilha Grande. Andre and Ledianne were fantastic from start to finish, helping to plan days out with a speed boat, a masseuse for our return and delicious meals during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Right on the beach! Alessandra is a great host. The beach is lovely, and there is a restaurant with live music right next door. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Alessandra helped us with many plans, from tours, to uber boats, to dining recommendations. She’s a goldmine of information! As this is right on the beach, next to a restaurant, be sure you’re a good sleeper, or bring earplugs. The music carries over to the rooms, and a light sleeper may have some trouble. Other than that, this is a gorgeous location with a wonderful, helpful host!

Elena met me at the pier, escorted me to her home, which includes multiple, separate apartment units. She was super friendly and helpful with recommendations, and we communicated using a translation app. The unit was clean and functionally fine. No frills, but it was perfect for my needs. I managed to cook and fix meals as well. Note that there's a bit of a steep climb to reach her place. The only problem I had was that the refrigerator froze my food, and when I told Elena, her instructions did not improve the situation. However, on her own initiative, she went out an bought me replacement items for the ruined food. The cost is low, so this is a great deal, if you're OK with the steep slope in the road. I'd stay here again.

A perfect place for a relaxing stay on the island. Lots of natural light and wildlife right outside!! 10/10 would recommend

Well located house, very close to the center of Abraham (but be aware if you have reduced mobility, as it is on a street with some steep stretches). Very well equipped, had everything we needed. The street and position in which it stands provides a lot of silence, and you will hear only birds and other animals from the forest. It was perfect to rest after intense days of sightseeing. In addition, Natália and Andrea were always very helpful, passed clear instructions and were always on hand to help. You may be visited by kittens (the island is full of them!), all very affectionate and cute. A pussycat chose us as foster parents and we brought her with us! And with all that, we create beautiful memories on the island and at Casa Matatiso, which will remain forever in our hearts. We hope to return soon. Gratitude, Nat and Andrea!

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. When we had any questions ,Mr. Ricardo always answered us with education ,kindness and speed . We are very pleased and we will definitely come back more often. Note 10

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

Laurent’s place is such a nice accommodation to rent! We felt right at home, not at last due to his friendly and responsive way of communicating. As we were five people there were plenty of questions coming up from each side, which Laurent answered in the most serene way possible. Also his helping hand Helen was very supportive during our stay, when we had questions about activities to do on the island or anything regarding the property. Very good option for families, congratulations

I went to the Accommodation with 1 pet and 1 child, plus 2 more adults. We just LOVED it, we didn't want to leave. The house is a dream for those who, like me, love to be immersed in nature: living with animals and “in the middle” of the woods, but without giving up the beach and the city (shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc.). The house surpasses the photos. View of the sea and mountains, open concept, beautiful decor, authentic, full of life and love, everything clean, air-conditioning in the rooms (very important to me kkk) and lots of grass, with the right to a hose for showering outside. Ivan is super attentive, always available and willing to answer questions and give tips. We felt at home, very safe and with a lot of privacy and freedom. We will certainly return to visit Luiz the goat (officially the 6th member of our trip) and Clarinha the sheep!

The house is wonderful, everyone in my group liked it, the house is as beautiful as in the photos of the listing. Everything is very clean, fragrant, nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

The stay was recommended by a friend who was staying at the house and loved. I loved it too! The whole process was very enlightening and the host was super solicitous from the beginning, always at your disposal. The house is beautiful, modern and cozy, as well as being very equipped because it is not possible to shop in the surroundings. The view is incredible and unforgettable. I hope I can come back more often!

I loved spending the weekend in this wonderful house, the view is really stunning. The house is complete and perfectly met all my needs. Cons: The shower in the suite and bedroom on the 2nd floor had heating problems, we had to take a cold shower.
