Holiday rentals with beach access in Île-d'Aix

Christina a été une hote tres accueillante. Elle nous a tres bien présenté les differentes activités disponibles à proximité et dans La Rochelle. Le logement était très agréable et fonctionnel. Seul bémol, le nombre de places de stationnement qui n'est pas suffisant pour toute la résidence mais on en trouve facilement autour.

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Très bon logement pour un petit séjour sur l’île d’Oléron. Très bien placé, avec les commerces, le marché et un loueur de vélo juste à côté. Le logement est magnifique avec une très bonne literie, je le recommande vivement :)

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : propre, confortable, bien décoré et idéalement situé. Bruno a été un hôte exceptionnel, très amical et accueillant, toujours disponible si besoin. Grâce à lui, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le début. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci encore Bruno !

Stéphane est un hôte d’une grande chaleur humaine, particulièrement attentionné et accueillant. Son logement reflète parfaitement ce souci du détail : idéalement situé pour découvrir la région, il offre un cadre paisible, parfaitement isolé, décoré avec goût et équipé avec soin. La propreté est irréprochable, et chaque élément semble pensé pour assurer un séjour des plus agréables. Que ce soit en couple, en famille ou avec un jeune enfant, tout est réuni pour se sentir comme chez soi. Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Beautifully constructed and decorated house with an incredible walled garden. Very spacious and fantastic communication from the hosts. Thank you and definitely recommend this to everyone

Lovely little home , with all mode cons . Only downside to the stay was not allowed to take the dog on any of the beaches in the area.

Nadia place is on a quiet residential cul-de- sac on edge of a village , private entrance & beautiful garden to enjoy. Everything is in Immaculate condition, a great well equipped kitchen that was a joy to cook in & Nadia has thought of everything ! Loved spending time with Nadia & her husband who are both great hosts. For us it was a special place to finish our little French tour . Totally recommend staying here.

Parfait ! Arrivée et départ flexibles. Très bonne communication avec Géraldine. Logement bien placé à proximité des commerces (2min à pied) et de la plage (5 min à vélo). Nous y étions pour le pont de l'ascension, et aucun soucis pour trouver une place de parking gratuite à quelques pas de la maison. Je craignais un peu le bruit du passage, mais aucun soucis de ce côté-là non plus. Au final très peu de voitures passent devant la maison, ce sont essentiellement des vélos. La mise à dispo des vélos est un énorme plus, ainsi que la mezzanine avec les jeux/livres pour enfants. Un classeur mis à disposition avec toutes les infos utiles. En somme, un super séjour !!

Une maison avec beaucoup de goût et de charme, vaste et très fonctionnelle. Proche de toutes les commodités : centre ville à 3 min avec de superbes boutiques et restaurants. Échanges très cordiaux et réactifs avec Kevin notre hôte. Je recommande les logements de Kevin , allez y les yeux fermés, juste envie d’y retourner très vite. Merci pour l’accueil Kevin. Agréable logement vue sur lac et mer vraiment paisible et calme. Place de parking, logement propre et tout le nécessaire minimum. La plage accessible à pieds en moins de 15min. Et Pauline très réactive par message. Je recommande. Merci 😊

Idéalement situé, ce logement est parfait pour découvrir l’île de Ré et ses magnifiques paysages en vélo (loueur juste à côté, sympathique). Le petit plus le sauna. Belle décoration, bien équipé. Bonne communication avec l’hôte qui donne de bon conseil. Parking juste en face.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

Sandrine, merci beaucoup !! Le logement est niquel, balcon donnant sur la mer. Une place de parking attitrée puis après tout se fait à pied. Je recommande vivement si vous souhaitez passer une soirée déconnecté face a la mer !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très agréable et tout le confort est à disposition. Il y avait aussi tout le nécessaire pour accueillir notre fille de 2,5 ans. L’emplacement est central, proche de tout. Nous recommandons vivement !
