The location is a perfect blend of convenience and serenity. The bungalow - one of a semi-detached pair - is set well back from the main road in the grounds of a luxurious, well-kept garden, giving it a feeling of tranquility, privacy and space, yet just a a few steps away are a great restaurant, a scooter/motorbike/bicycle rental, and the beach. The generous terrace was perfect for unwinding after a long day seeing the island, and the fan was a welcome feature. The bathroom was well-decorated, with a good flow of hot and cold running water. It was clear that the hosts took great pride in ensuring that the room and bed linen were cleaned regularly. There's the possibility to have breakfast served each morning. Overall, we would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the necessary amenities, and warm hospitality. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Nous remercions de tout coeur Alexandra et les personnes qui nous ont accueilli. L'un de nos plus beaux séjours en famille, avec la meilleure expérience Airbnb de notre vie ! Vraiment un immense merci pour l'accueil, la flexibilité, l'attention portée à notre bien être et les contacts chaleureux ! Recommandé ++++ à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir Sainte Marie !

We loved our stay here! Highly recommend. The staff were fantastic, food was great, bungalows were clean and decorated beautifully. The property is situated on a beautiful little patch of beach with local houses either side, was so nice waking up to the sound of the waves and the local kids playing in the sea. This place ticks all the boxes! Thank you to the all of staff for making our stay great!

Nous étions en famille (5 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans), et avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel (lit bébé et chaise haute disponible) et paisible. Le jardin est très agréable. Pour accéder à la maison après la route principale goudronnée, il y a un passage d’environ 10 min sur route non goudronnée, ça secoue un peu mais ça se fait bien en tuk tuk (ou scooter/moto). Il est utile sur place d’avoir un téléphone, idéalement je recommande le réseau Orange. Slyvio, le contact sur place, est disponible et sympathique. Yasmine est une excellente cuisinière (service repas possible, en option). Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable, bref : je recommande complètement ! Merci à toutes les gentilles personnes rencontrées qui ont participé à ce chouette séjour.

The location right on the beach is stunning. Although it lacks walkable ships and restaurants you can easily take a taxi into town. it serves a a perfect base to relax and explore the island. The host and staff were very helpful

Très bel endroit, paisible en nature. Même si vous n'êtes pas directement en bord de mer, c'est quand meme aussi très bien d'etre en nature et on entend les vagues au loin. On peut se rendre en ville à pieds ou dans de beaux restos autour. Ils offrent le petit déjeuner sur place à petit prix, mais pas les autres repas. On a aussi acces à la cuisine, ce qui est bien pratique ne serait-ce que d'avoir acces à un frigo. Les chambres/bungalow sont superbes et spatieuses, propres, c'était mieux que je m'imaginais et pas aussi collé les uns aux autres comme je pensais. Par contre le wifi ne fonctionnait pas tres bien à cause du mauvais réseau malheureusement comme ça dans plusieurs endroits de l'ile sainte-marie. Le propriétaire et son équipe sont aussi bien gentils et serviables.
