Welcome to Fyrrehøjen, a great location in the lovely Lighthouse Quarter in Virklund. The apartment is the 1st floor of our 200 sqm house. The apartment has a separate entrance. We live in the house on the ground floor, and on a daily basis, the 1st floor is also in use occasionally. From the house there is 10 minute walk to the forest. 900 meters to Thorsøbadet 300 meters to two good playgrounds. 1.1 km to Brugsen (shopping) the city's lovely communal park with playground, pump track, fire cabin, etc. 5 km to Silkeborg C

Lovely setting on nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with great views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor- also with great views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is located by the forest with the possibility of walking and running, close to town shopping/cafes/tavern etc 5 minutes to train station by train to Herning and Vejle 5 min walk to outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and playground. Large lovely apartment, large bedroom with double bed and baby bed. Living room with large TV, kitchen and dining area. Spare room with double bed and extra mattress. Bathroom with shower incl towels

Guest house in a rural setting close to Silkeborg

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Please ask for suggestions for hiking, activities, or dining

Bring the whole family to a holiday surrounded by the most beautiful nature. It has room for the big family, vacation with the grandparents or with a couple of friends. 10 min. walk from the house you will find a nice swimming lake. In addition, there are lots of small natural gems a very short distance from the house. Here's everything you need for the holidays and lots of toys for the kids, so they're well entertained in a homey setting. We only rent out the house for a minimum of 3 days and more.

A charming retreat with a terrace, wilderness bath, covered terrace, and large garden stretching down to a lovely swimming lake. If you are on SUB board or similar, water activities, the lake is perfect. For nature lovers and exercisers, there is a wonderful 5.6 km run & walk route around the lake. The cottage is only a 16 minute drive from MCH Messecenter Herning and Boxen.

Cabin to the nature lovers

Experience nature close to Rørbæk lake, at the Jutland ridge, (30 min. walk from the cabin), springs Denmark's two largest rivers, Gudenåen and Skjernåen, with only a few hundred meters distance and runs in different directions towards the sea(10 min. walk from the cabin) In the same place, Hærvejen crosses the river valley. Wake up every day with different birdsong. From Billund airport by bus it is about 2 hours to the cabin We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!
