The loft is really something special! So roomy and open with all necessary details and we felt like home from the start! Monica and Juan Carlos were lovely hosts and gave great recommendations for Santa Cruz. Even though placed in the city and by walking distance to down town city center, it’s private and not loud. You can start a run from the door down the Ramblas and along the promenade until the famous auditorium or have a walk to the beautiful Parque Garcia Sanabria. We stayed for vacation, but the apartment would be perfect to work from as well and we might come back for some workstation soon! :)

My partner and I stayed in this apartment a few days ago. The location is wonderful, since nearby you can find the most touristy places in Santa Cruz, and there are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were impeccable and all the cleaning was very well taken care of, it had air conditioning so we had a good time at night despite the heat. The host was very flexible and took the time to explain specific things about the apartment and nearby places we could access. I was delighted, without a doubt if I come back, I will repeat ☺️

The apartment is faithful to the photos, everything is clean and organized, as well as being in a central area where you have everything at hand, in addition to small details such as leaving water, coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt, which are small things and give a very good impression of the people who rent to you. Communication with Alejandro is very good and I have nothing bad to say. Just one observation for those who like TV with internet, the apartment has local channels, but those who come for a walk watch little TV. Thanks to Alejandro and Maria!!!

This place is just lovely, location is great, especially if you want to go for a hike in the mountains, which are very close . Supermarkets, bus stops and coffee shops are close. In the apartment you have everything you might need. I had a wonderful time there, many thanks!

Conrado & Gabriela's apartment is very beautiful, spacious and decorated with taste. Quietly located, but 10 minutes from Santa Cruz, ideal for us. Upon arrival we felt at home and our hosts remained attentive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you to both of you.
