We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful modern home in the heart of Kobe! Traveling as a family of four (two adults and two kids), we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a stylish, modern interior that made us feel right at home.

After an early check-in and a small oopsie with the car, we started the first day in discord. The house itself must be one of the most lovely machiya with modernity and classic japanese flair. The house is quite big for 4 people but the washitsu are lovely. The kitchen offers everything one might need. The genkan is really spacious and slippers are offered to change into. When we opened the windows the lovely smell of the onion fields embraced us. we loved it! Nobuo and the co-hosts are really lovely people. We did not meet them in person but the response time is really good. Because of the oopsie the first evening though we met the housekeepers (a couple I guess). They were so lovely. They have almost no understanding of english language but if you know some basic japanese you're coming a long way in Japan's countryside. All in all the time in the house was too short for us, we hope we can come back and stay here again. Maybe for 2 weeks. Thank you Nobuo, co-hosts and housekeepers

友人と使用させていただきましたが、とても良かったです！ サウナ好きのメンバーなので温度が心配でしたが最高110°まで到達し、しっかりと整う事ができました。

子連れ4ファミリーで利用する予定で予約しましたが、1家族が、お子さんのお熱で行けるかどうか、、と言う状態でした。 ホストの藤田さんに、相談したところ、人数の変更は当日でも対応していただけるとのことで、ギリギリまで様子を見ることができて本当に助かりました。 今度はもう少し子供達が大きくなって，バーベキューなどして1日ゆっくり過ごしたいと思おう程，素敵なお家でした！ 楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！

We are Americans and have been living in Japan for the past six months. We rented plenty of Airbnbs back in the United States, but we were a bit nervous to rent one here. We are so glad we did! Ryo's home was the perfect blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern comfort to make you feel perfectly at home. His overall thoughtfulness went above and beyond, from all of the toiletries and snacks he provided to the clear instructions on how to use all appliances. He was quick to respond if we had questions in English, so no worries if your Japanese isn't the best (we are still learning). He even reached out to provide restaurant recommendations, rainy day activities, and a clear video on how to reach the Airbnb from the train station. Speaking of which, this house's location right down the road from Dempo Station (and several konbinis) was great, making it super easy to explore Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. Overall, this was one of the best hosts and best houses we have ever rented from

The place is literally at the train station, it was amazing. The food and attractions that were walkable were great too.

My family and I spent six unforgettable days in this charming flat, and it quickly became our home away from home. Nestled in the heart of Kobe, the location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything we needed was just steps away, from local eateries to cultural spots. The space itself exudes warmth and comfort, thoughtfully designed to make you feel instantly at ease. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the seamless check-in, reflected genuine care. We left with wonderful memories and every intention of returning the next time we're in Kobe. Highly recommended!

Das Hostel ist sehr schön, die kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ein extra plus. Die Unterkunft liegt zu Fuß wenige Minuten von der nächsten Bahnstation. Die Lage ist optimal um sich in Osaka einiges anzuschauen ohne weite Wege…zum Beispiel Universal Studios Japan oder Osaka Castel. Der Host Inho, ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell auf Nachfragen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

今回万博旅行で利用させていただきました。夢洲駅まで3駅でとても近かったです。タクシーでも行ける距離です。 お部屋はとても清潔で良い滞在になりました。

This place was really great! Super close to the train line and easy to get around. The place was clean, has lots of amenities, and was super comfortable to relax in after a long day of traveling around. Close to the Kaiyukan and Ferris Wheel was a huge plus for me and my kids. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again and will look to rent this spot next time I am in Osaka.

Very convenient place to stay in Kobe with all the amenities we needed. beds were comfy, bathroom was quite small but it worked for our short stay. Good place to stay in Kobe for a small group or family.

The apartment had everything I needed for my week long stay. Very clean, and in a quite neighborhood. Coin laundry right next to the apartment complex was very convenient, same goes for convenience stores. Very close to the Shin Kobe JR station, as well as the bus stop. Kobe port and places to eat near Sannomiya were within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Kobe.

The unit was perfect for the time we spent there. it was spacious and had all the amenities needed. It was great how the train station was less then a minute walk and very close to a mini mart. we loved the place and our host was so good to us. what we liked most was how we could hear the trains pass at night, it wasn't noisy but a little romantic. My family really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit to Japan.

The place is roomy, kitchen and bath were well stocked, very clean (typical for japanese accommodation). Lobby and public areas were very clean as well. The beds were comfortable and clean. However, the windows are thin and outside, road noise does come in. There was also construction on the building directly outside the living room window that added to the noise during the day.

チェックインもチェックアウトも簡単で良かった。歩いてすぐの所にコンビニ、スーパーがあり便利でした。歩いてすぐに砂浜があったので犬との散歩も楽しめました。他の宿泊客もおらず、静かでとても良かったです。

10人程度で利用させていただきました。 部屋は十分な広さがあり、とても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。
