It is an eco-friendly place, so it is not easy to dispose of garbage or move your luggage to the accommodation, so please come as lightly as possible. If you have a temporary storage luggage such as a duffel bag, we will lend you a 10 ft3 warehouse in the parking lot for free. It is fully equipped for long stays. The 11-pyeong studio has a bathroom, kitchen, and a large flat bed. There is a long Daecheongmaru connected to the house and a small lawn in front of it. It is a small house, but it has a 400-pyeong natural wildflower garden and an underground parking lot for exclusive use. There are water ski resorts, wonderful cafes, water gardens, and Dumulmeori in the vicinity. Utilities are included. You don't have to visit in advance, you can book for a week, try it out, and decide on a long-term stay.

#Time for me - exclusive use of the entire villa

It is a small wooden house built in a beautiful place, where the phytoncide come out of the mountain and the stars pour in the night sky, are used by my family as a second house. You can use the whole house and garden alone, so you don't have to worry about contact with other people. We prioritize cleanliness. All used items are collected and cleaned. Pets are not allowed and if caught, you will be removed without refund. Our house uses storage-type electric hot water. When you two take a shower in a row, the hot water comes out well, but it's hard for the three people in a row. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes for the water to heat up. The scenery feels different in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and it is an unmanned system where you can take a good rest. Because we install seasonal supplies, you can use hammocks in spring and autumn. In summer, you can use the swimming pool (July 15 to August 15) and camping chairs. In-room bedding is provided according to the number of people entering the room for 2 people.

There is a queen & super single size bed in the main room, and a king size bed in the small room. The refund policy is "strict". Barbecue charcoal is provided free of charge. The basic fee is for up to 4 people, and an additional fee is charged per person if exceeded. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and master bedroom, and the living room has a 42-inch TV. A drum washing machine (dryer) is installed.
