We offer our newly renovated villa of 190m2. The villa is perfectly located on the property with many outdoor spaces where there is always the opportunity to find peace. The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bathroom. There is therefore room for 2 small families. There is room for 4 growing and 4-5 children in the villa. There are new Samsung TVs in both the living room and multi-room and free internet throughout the house. Via trails you can get to the water in 10 minutes on foot and shopping in 7 minutes.

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. There is wifi, cromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

On the other hand, if you come in the winter months, Flensburg City is just 7 km away, with a sea of cafes offering hot cocoa, coffee or a big dinner. If you like homely coziness, the fireplace and candles are ready and waiting.
