The room is a bit small, but reasonable for the price. The staircase is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for those with large luggage. While the building is a bit old, it is clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, and the staff are friendly and genuinely supportive.

The room is quite small, but it’s really pretty, just like the photos! It has a cosy feel and a Vietnamese vibe, love the warm lighting of the house. There are three rooms in the house, and we shared the same kitchen and dining table, which was actually quite fun, it felt a bit like having housemates. There are a couple of things I didn’t love. First, the entry system is a bit inconvenient, the whole house shares one key, and your room card is also used to open the second gate, which can get confusing or tricky to manage. Second, the trash bin in the room is very small, which isn’t super practical if you’re staying more than a night or two. Overall, still a nice stay if you’re looking for something cosy and local!

We had a great stay with Thao at Sue Homestay. She was extremely friendly, super helpful and the room was very very clean. Modern styling, clean facilities, great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable clean bed, all for a very reasonable price made for a great stay in Hue.

One of the best hotel service I had. The receptionists were respectful, warm, and welcoming. The location is very good, not too far away from the tourist attractions but not in it as well. This provided a nice calm place and not too far away from the nightlife. Would absolutely stay here again.
