Guests may decide to stay and enjoy the quiet farm life or use it as a basecamp to explore the local area. In a short drive, guests can explore pristine beaches and country markets. Or stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes and local shops. Your stay includes afternoon tea and a breakfast basket.

Welcome to “Ponderosa Cottage”, this self-contained slab-timber cottage is on 25 acres with stunning views, overlooking paddocks of grazing horses and dams. The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchenette, lounging area and veranda. Ponderosa Cottage is close to wineries, restaurants, wedding & concert venues, golf courses and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and small families (Note: Children will require Adult supervision at all times).

Lilly Rose Family Farmstay

Lilly Rose Farmstay is a family friendly cosy getaway set on 9 peaceful acres 20kms from Bathurst & under 2hrs drive from Western Sydney. The cottage is fully self contained with its own fenced in yard & amazing views. We have a range of friendly miniature farm animals to interact with & plenty of activities to enjoy while your here. Situated opposite to the Bowling Club, tennis courts and golf course on a spacious corner block with off street parking for up to four cars. The cottage is one block from the town center featuring coffee shops, heritage buildings and restaurants, county hotels, newsagents, service stations and gift shops.

Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
