Beachfront holiday rentals in Humacao

Nice little place in a peaceful beach community close to beaches and natural areas. We didn't check out the local restaurants, but there were several nearby as well as a good basic local grocery. AC worked well, coqui frogs lulled us to sleep at night. Easy drive to many attractions in the east. Minimal amenities (bring tea or coffee if you need it) but the kitchen has all you need for self-catering.

The apartment was perfect for our stay.. clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Unbeatable location, just steps away from the beach. Ariel was responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Palmas Del Mar. Everything you need for your beach getaway!

Maria's place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the place was well stocked and super clean, and the views are fantastic and get better and better the higher you go in the townhome (6 floors). As others have stated, there are a lot of stairs, but they are worth the effort. There's also an elevator if you prefer that route. Host was very responsive with minor questions during the stay, I would definitely stay here again.

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

The location was beautiful and had all of the amenities that we were hoping for on our family vacation. The location was great, and with a rental car it made it easy to attend an assortment of excursions that we wanted to enjoy while visiting Puerto Rico.

Our family travels a lot, and we don’t like resorts or gated communities. Jose‘s place was perfect for us. Open, spacious, unobstructed and gorgeous view of the ocean. Very quiet, perfect for families or those without children, alike. Sun drenched rooms in the morning, the sound of ocean waves, and the beach was incredibly private. We saw very few people other than the wonderful residents of Punta Santiago, whom we got to know by walking the neighborhood and visiting the stores. Don’t hesitate. Communication from Jose was outstanding, and it was a little bit hard to find the property, but only because it was night time when we arrived, and a few of the roads can be a bit confusing the very first time. After that, it’s a cinch.

Claudia was a fantastic host, accommodated our needs and responded promptly. Her property is beautiful and has a great location a few steps from the pool and a few more to the beach. We would love to come back.

This was the second time we stayed at Luz place and again we had a great stay.

Marissa is quick to respond to any of your doubts or questions you may have. This is my first Airbnb experience and Marissa made me feel at ease with how the check-in process work and where to park. I feel like every other 5 star rating is not justified now. This place and the hosts were head and shoulders above all other stays. More amenities than listed. Felt like we were home from the very first moment. Large family getaway, so could have been tough. Hosts were very responsive with recommendations. Anything that you could want was already available. From pool toys to beach chairs, wireless chargers bedside and Bluetooth speakers. Fully stocked kitchen with local spices and cooking oils. If we needed something to cook with we just had to look. 3 balconies with furniture, all in great shape. We will definitely be back.

This was my favorite Airbnb out of the 5 places we visited during our 8-day stay in Puerto Rico. Beautiful unit with lots of amenities and a great pool as well as easy beach access to a beautiful beach. I had never been in Humacao and that was also a wonderful surprise to see how beautiful it is there. Would definitely stay again. Nicole was super accommodating and communicative. Thank you.

This studio has everything you need! Cooler, grill, even laundry detergent if you need to do laundry dry! Magda and the team that managed the property was very responsive to any question...can't wait to come back!

Amazing views from the apartment that the pictures do not do justice. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Exclusive area and from the apartment you feel like you are the only one there. It is well stocked with all you could possibly need for your stay. Well maintained place and a place we will gladly return. Roberto was a great host and highly responsive when we had questions about assess and the amenities. We did not wanted to leave!

Absolutely breathtaking location! Immaculately clean, and that balcony is simply spectacular. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the afternoon, the gentle breeze and serene atmosphere create an incredibly peaceful experience. And the view? Absolutely mesmerizing. Keyshla is wonderfully responsive and welcoming—I can’t wait for my next stay!

My family and I loved the place! The beach view is fantastic. Wanda was very communicative, and this place is well situated within Palmas to enjoy all the resort has to offer.

This house is stunning! The detail and care Arturo has put into it is clear - from the artwork to the landscaping to the kitchenware. A great trail behind the house leads to the nature preserve and to a beautiful natural beach where we could run in the mornings or just walk and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Everyone loved the pool - from grandparents to the kids and we made some fun memories. Arturos restaurant recommendations were super helpful.

Everything was just as Maite mentioned with things being a little bit older. This was fine for us, as we didn’t spend much ch time in the room. Bed was comfortable and the beach couch by the front door was a great spot to read!

This was definitely a great place! He was súper responsive and helpful. The neighborhood and nearby beach access is dreamy! Mind you, we stayed during weekdays and it was always empty . Only advice would be to add to the listing anything that requires an additional payment to be available in the house (access to BBQ Grill). Price is right and the property is very nice. This is a timing issue (April 2024 stay) and out of his hands, but they are building similar properties next door so that may mess up the view temporarily and construction noises during the day. I would definitely consider staying there again.

This was our second time in a row spending our vacation in Hiram & Jossie's villa. We can't ask for more, great hosts; the villa is beautiful, clean, safe, organized, just steps from the pools and the beach. We look forward for our next vacation. Thanks!
