We love pets, it's an apartment for Positive people. Sometimes there is noise in the street.

Nice apartment in Huanchaco

The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building, from where you have a panoramic view of the Huanchaco rivera, church and pier. It is very close to the beach (50 meters) and the best restaurants in the area. The location is quite quiet to be able to enjoy a relaxing family stay.

The Department is very good, well located, quiet area, good terrace. The only thing, would be missing an elevator to climb. We have communicated well with the owner and are very attentive to any problems or questions we have.

I was in Huanchaco for a good 7 weeks in the small fine room with Tania. I felt super comfortable. The whole house was very clean and cozy. Tania is an attentive host who gives her guests plenty of space. She has a big heart for plants and animals. Great was the large window in my room, through which a lot of daylight came in. I regularly got fresh bed linen and towels. Huanchaco is a wonderful place right by the sea and the room at Tania's was my retreat. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

I cannot recommend Maria or her apartment any more. The apartment was beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly clean with a lovely shaded balcony area. Maria was super responsive, had great recommendations for restaurants and so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you are looking for somewhere in Huanchaco, this is the place.

I had a great stay at Juan Omar's house. From the start, he was very welcoming; he even offered to pick me up when I arrived and helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. The house itself is super spacious, with a full kitchen, big fridge, cozy living areas on each floor, and some of the most comfortable mattresses I've found in Huanchaco; it really felt like home. The location is very convenient: close to the beach, the market, and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. It’s a great spot for a more local, laid-back experience. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Room near the ocean in Huanchaco

Daniza and Malak are both excellent hosts, stayed with them for a week and felt very comfortable. You get a private bathroom just outside the room and access to the scared areas to enjoy with the friendly cat. Kitchen has everything you'd need to make whatever you'd want. Would recommend it to anyone coming to Huanchaco. Malak also has a pizza place called El Refugio which is very much worth a visit as well.
