Great stay. Note that the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow and may be difficult for some.

This location was perfect and peaceful. Home was cozy and clean. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at this house! Everything was clean and well stocked. With multiple bedrooms and living rooms this would be a great place for a family!

We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and sent clear instructions for checkin. Location was really good for a family reunion we were attending in Caledonia, MN. Whiel the house is on a highway next to a motel, it was very private and quiet in the house. House has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed) as well as a basement with 2 queen beds, so there was plenty of room for all of us. Most of the house was very clean and neat. There were a ton of amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked. The only bad thing was that someone had put away dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Since the guest is supposed to clean all dishes and put them away before leaving, I am assuming that the previous guests did this. However, the cleaners should probably check for this. I would stay here again if visitng relatives in MN.

I booked this location nearly 15 months in advance for State track due to its proximity to UWL. Josh was very friendly in asking about our arrival, and upon arrival he had a bottle of wine for us and a nice note :) The house met every need necessary for us for our stay, that's for sure! I wasn't aware, prior to arrival, due to not reading probably some other reviews, that it was currently being inhabited versus being just a rental, but it felt like I was staying at a family member's and just felt comfortable and homey :) Because it was clear that they trusted us with some belongings they had in the house yet, it felt as though I could trust them. Not to mention we forgot a pair of sunglasses there and they texted asking if they were ours. This was the absolute PERFECT location for our purpose for being in town! Would definitely rent again but for the fact we are done with HS sports and on to college meets. Thanks, Josh, for trusting us with your home!

We had a wonderful stay at Corrine's. She was very responsive to any questions we had. She gave great recommendations for places to eat in La Crosse. Her house is beautiful. The hiking trail was well taken care of, was a great hike, and it very had pretty scenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to hang around.

Perfect home for a larger family or group! We really enjoyed our time at Mindy’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and hot tub were bonuses! We were in town for a wedding and Mindy was very flexible with check-in and very responsive and kind. Beautiful location with a ballpark right across the street. Highly recommended, Thank you!

We held our family Christmas in June over the weekend. We had ages from 5 months to 82. This house met all of our needs from the kitchen to the speakeasy and the location. Kelsey was extremely responsive!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and location overlooking the river. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great communication and clear instructions from our hosts. We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We enjoyed out stay here a lot! The one bathroom is minorly inconvenient, but overall the location and the yard were great for our group!

I absolutely enjoyed staying here. It felt like home away from home. It was very very clean, nicely updated, lots of amenities to use. Location is great. Everything you need is within minutes. Great communication. We will definitely be coming back when in the area again.

Our family came up to stay in the cross for the WIA state track meet Jason‘s home was perfect. We were able to get to the meet in about 10 minutes, we were able to have home-cooked meals and eat them at the house. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean

Charming lake house vibes home on French Island. It is a simplistic home with lots of space and open areas in the house. And a shared dock that was fun to walk down on and watch the water/skies. It’s as described and in the pics. Easy to get to downtown lacrosse for restaurants and such. I will say it is a basic house so if you need anything extra to bring it along! Like toiletries and other comforts. House had games and smart tvs. The water is hard water but that’s expected of lake houses esp up north. Would stay again!

My family spent the weekend. House was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us, which was awesome with a great kitchen and living area!

We stayed for a family wedding and the home accommodated our family so well! Loved spending time on the screened on porch especially! Home was just as described and had definite older home charm. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing for my family of 5!!! Each of my kids had their own room with plenty of space to hang out. Beautiful little backyard with a firepit that we sat around in the quiet evenings. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and felt completely at ease. It's also super close to great hiking trails and a cheap Uber to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home! Exceeded all of our expectations-fit all 3 of our families comfortably! Beds are extremely comfortable. Table in the dining room, was a huge hit for cards and games!

We booked the place to attend a family wedding. My parents and several of my siblings and young kids. It was so nice being able to have everyone together with some central spaces to hang out in, instead of all being in separate hotel rooms. Plenty of space for everyone, everything was clean and comfortable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Cozy place and very clean.

Perfect retreat for nature lovers. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The grounds were open to us to explore. We spotted trout and muskrats in the creek and heard barred owls call along the bluffs. I plan to take my family back and brings the kids this time to play on the playgrounds, run in the fields, and enjoy an outdoor picnic. We will definitely visit again.

This home is filled with special touches that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We were in town for a family anniversary celebration and the house was a great location for everything we wanted to do.

The space was great, exactly what was described and more. Loved it.
