The space
Eric and Dympna live in a modern 3 storey beachfront guesthouse in the quaint and picturesque seaside village of Duncannon. The friendly village also has a working fishing harbour, and is built around a spectacular star shaped 16th century fort. The village has a couple of nice pubs which serve excellent food and are a great place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing.

Our uniquely situated home has 3 en-suite rooms for guests, 2 with large south facing windows giving exceptional views of the award winning beach and surrounding Waterford estuary. Your room is a very comfortable triple ensuite with a double bed and a single. This room sadly does not have a sea view, you'll just have to wait until breakfast time to enjoy the spectacular view! Your stay with us also includes a hearty Irish breakfast, which will be served to you while you take in the magnificent views from our breakfast room directly overlooking the beach.

The surrounding area is renown for outstanding natural beauty and has remained unspoiled, while still easily accessible to all major routes. Duncannon is 2 hours from Dublin or 45 mins from rosslare ferryport.
