Met 4 slaapkamers, 2 woonkamers, een nette keuken, 2 douches, een entree, walk in closet en tuinkamer heeft dit unieke pand alles te bieden wat je nodig hebt! Centraal gelegen in een prachtig gebied waarin je zo in Groningen, Assen of Emmen bent.

In het mooiste deel van Giethoorn, buiten het drukke toeristische gedeelte ligt deze unieke vakantiewoning middenin de natuur. Met vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers (1x 2 persoons en 2x 1 persoonsbed). Er is nog een 5e bed (1 pers.) op de hal boven. Graag vernemen we of je gebruik wilt maken van een lakenpakket (beddengoed & handdoeken). Toeslag is € 10,00 p.p. De vernieuwde badkamer maakt het huisje tot een luxe plek om te genieten van de rust, ruimte en natuur.

't Waarlamke

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. U slaapt op een geweldige plek, weg van de bewoonde wereld en aan het water. U kunt genieten van het weidse landschap en de rust met een prachtige zonsondergang. Ervaar het zelf en geniet van de rust! Vanaf het terras kunt u gelijk het water op in één van onze kano's en 's ochtends zijn er verse eitjes. We zijn blij dat we weer gasten kunnen ontvangen na een flinke periode van verbouwen. We wonen nu zelf achter op het erf.

Waterglijbaan en kabelbaan over het water. Omringd door ligweides, met aanlegsteiger aan het nieuwe kanaal, welke in verbinding staat met het Oldambtmeer (3,5 km). Diverse eetgelegenheden in de buurt. winkelen/shoppen kan in Winschoten of Groningen. Resp. 7 of 30 kilometer verderop.

The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.
