The flat benefits from a serene seaview from its perch on the northern tip of Lamma Island. It's less than 5min walk to the pier, with regular ferries to either Lamma Main St or Hong Kong Island. We're also less than a 10min walk to the best sunset beach in all of Hong Kong.

Pleasant modern four storey house with the beach right by the house and a crystal clear sea. A BBQ grill in-front of the house is where you will enjoy dinners, sausages, and marshmallows.
