Holiday rentals in Holt County

Our stay was fantastic! Host was amazing and very detailed. She knew we were bringing a baby and she sat out a highchair and pack and play and had baked cookies for the kids. This was our second stay here and we will be booking next time we come back. The place is clean and peaceful. We were in the area for a funeral and it was so nice to have a peaceful place to stay with all the amenities. The host has thought of everything, so you dont have to!

The place is really nice and well taken care of

Such a great spot in a cute little midwestern town. We enjoyed walking around, exploring the area, and The Goat Shed was the perfect place to spend a few days.

Great spot to stay on our way from TN to ND. It was comfy and well stocked. The space and yard was nice for our dogs after being on the road all day. The gas station around the corner has some hot breakfast items (eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc) if you don't have groceries with you.

I will continually come spend time here. Coming this time for an event in Omaha on the weekend and it never disappoints. I look forward to coming back for longer. It’s truly my favorite place to travel right now besides Montana, I am always in so much awe and high energy for the time spent. I can’t wait to come back !

Great host and property. We would stay here again.

Being from Kansas City and needing to venture northland for a funeral in the Tarkio/Westboro/Rockport area, our host took away any anxiety we had about the geographically unknown area. Our host made it so easy to find, the property was remodeled beautifully and the comforts and decor allowed us to take our concern away from where to stay and concentrate on why we were there, for our beautiful family friend that recently passed. Our hearts were heavy, but our surroundings felt like home with all the comforts of such. We slept so well, felt 100% safe, and all the furniture was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Thank you for everything and if we ever want/need to stay in the area, this will be our first choice!

Great place to stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe, a great place to walk and close to the local community college. The hosts were very communicative and helpful which allowed very efficient access to and from the unit. Inside, has everything you’ll need and more. Good for a stay of 3 or 4 people max. Would gladly book again at this location, cheers!
